Tea Tree Spa Pattaya
Nestled on the 5th floor of the Bay Tower at Holiday Inn Pattaya, Tea Tree Spa offers a polished wellness retreat set apart from the street-level massage parlours that populate the city. The spa specialises in traditional Thai massage, oil massage, and body scrub treatments, drawing guests who are looking for a clean, calm environment with attentive, professional therapists. The elevated setting and hotel-standard facilities create a noticeably different atmosphere from more casual options in the area. Visitors consistently highlight the personalised service, with therapists checking in throughout treatments and reception staff taking the time to recommend appropriate massage styles based on individual needs. The spa is well-suited to couples seeking a shared experience, as well as solo travellers wanting to decompress between beach days and sightseeing. A complimentary tea service after each session is a small but appreciated finishing touch that adds to the overall sense of care. The spa operates daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it easy to fit into most itineraries. Booking in advance is recommended, particularly on weekends and during the high season between November and February, when demand increases. Those staying outside the Holiday Inn can still visit as external guests, though it is worth confirming availability and any access requirements directly with the spa before arriving.

Visitor Reviews
5th floor of Bay tower at holiday inn pattaya this Spa is second to None much better than other spas around the area. Classy & Hygienic spa and they offer very good tea after the session is over. Private room for treatments with locker and private shower inside the room which is ideal !! Spa offers a wide variety of treatments at decent prices. Ms Zoe the front desk manager is professional and cheerful, quick to respond to emails or calls when required to make changes to appointments. Good job !! Ms Pen & Ms Pitchy the therapists did a good job while massaging, very good flow & perfect pressure during both sessions. Both are experienced, professional and polite. I recommend the spa to everyone who wishes to relax in Peace at holiday inn hotel pattaya beach road. See you again soon Tea Tree !!
A lovely spa experience here, two days in a row. My husband and I came to couples massage. Sally was always quick to reply with appointment times and greeted us warmly. The spa is clean and relaxing. The first day, we had Sa and Aoi; the second day Pibchy and Tata, and all were amazing. My husband likes deep tissue, firm pressure; I prefer a more gentle experience, medium pressure and they were able to accommodate both so we both left relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I had wonderful experience with excellent service from start to finish. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped me fully unwind. The body scrub was great scented, leaving my skin feeling soft and refreshed. Special thanks Khun Pitchy and Zoe for their attentive and professional care. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the treatment.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
