Chan Health Massage and Spa
Conveniently situated across from Pattaya's Walking Street, Chan Health Massage and Spa draws visitors seeking traditional Thai therapeutic treatments in a clean, well-maintained environment. The facility is notably spacious inside, staffed by a large team of experienced masseuses who are praised for their technique — particularly for strong, targeted traditional Thai massage and thorough foot massage sessions. Its central location makes it an easy stop whether visitors are winding down after a night out or taking a break from sightseeing. The atmosphere is calm and focused on genuine wellness rather than a purely tourist-facing experience, which contributes to its steady following among both travellers and locals. Pricing is noted as slightly higher than Bangkok rates but consistently described by visitors as worth the quality received. Hygiene standards also stand out as a recurring positive, which is a practical consideration when choosing a massage venue in a busy resort town. Good to know: Chan Health Massage and Spa is within easy walking distance of Walking Street and the surrounding street food area, making it a natural pairing with an evening out in central Pattaya. As specific opening hours are not listed online, calling ahead or dropping in to confirm availability is recommended, particularly during peak tourist periods when securing a preferred treatment time may require some flexibility.

Visitor Reviews
I would say one of the BEST massage in Pattaya. Extremely experienced masseuse, perfect strong Traditional Thai massage, hitting all the pain spots, exceptional foot massage. Flawless atmosphere, super clean fresh bedding, calm music, no talking! Really nice place! Thank you for the great time here. I can recommend Nat & Nong to everyone with her 5/5 massage! 🙏🙏🙏
Went there earlier today. The place is huge inside, full of masseuses. My masseuse, Pook, was AMAZING, although price is slightly higher than Bangkok but it was definitely worth it 😊 100000% recommend it. We did a walk-in and we didn't need to wait at all.
This is the best and most hygienic massage parlor in Pattaya... Very economically priced as well.. Will visit again
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
