Portal VR Arena | Activity & Gaming
Portal VR Arena brings professional-grade virtual and augmented reality gaming to Pattaya, offering visitors the chance to battle monsters, fly through virtual worlds, and compete in multiplayer scenarios using high-end equipment. The venue doubles as a popular event and party space, with a private room setup suitable for birthday celebrations and group gatherings — making it a practical choice for families and groups looking for something beyond the city's typical beach and nightlife offerings. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, catering to first-timers and experienced gamers alike. Staff are noted for being friendly and communicative in English, Thai, and Russian, and a dedicated lounge area is available for parents while younger guests play. The space is kept clean and well-maintained, and the range of solo and multiplayer game options means visitors with different preferences can all find something to enjoy. Good to know: This venue functions as both a gaming arena and an event space, so availability can vary depending on private bookings, particularly during peak tourist season or on weekends. Groups planning birthday parties or larger gatherings are advised to contact the venue in advance to arrange packages and confirm room availability. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended, as some VR experiences involve physical movement.

Visitor Reviews
It was very nice experience, playing here with my friend. It was first time for us using professional VR and AR device, which can be played multiplayer game, and have so good graphics. Variety of solo games are also available. It was a little bit hot running and shooting, but it's one of the best gaming I've ever had.
We really liked and enjoyed it. It Looked so real. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Clean place. They also provided a lounge for parents while the kids were playing. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have VR experience in Pattaya. We ll definitely go back soon.
We celebrated our son's birthday here. He was thrilled, and so were all the guests. It's a wonderful place, with very friendly staff. They speak English, Thai, and Russian. A great place for celebrations and parties.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
