Balance yoga & sound healing studio
The sea view does a lot of the work here. The room sits near Cozy Beach with the Gulf spread out in front of it, bright and clean, and that alone changes how a class feels compared with a studio in the middle of town. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how immaculate the space is kept, and how quickly they relaxed once they were in it.
Sound healing is the speciality, and it's the reason I'd single this place out rather than treating it as just another mat rental. People describe sessions that leave them loose in old injury spots and unusually calm afterwards. Take that with whatever pinch of salt you like, but the consistency is striking. Regular yoga runs alongside it, with named instructors that students stick with for months, and some group classes are taught in English, which matters if you're visiting or newly based here. Beginners are looked after.

Reviews from Google
I had a truly wonderful experience at Yoga Balance Yoga Studio by Cozy Beach during my stay in Pattaya in winter . The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and perfect for practicing yoga—whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced yogi. The studio is clean, beautifully designed with gorgeous ocean view ,its filled with a peaceful energy that helps you instantly relax and focus 🧘♀️ The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They guide you through each class with care and offer helpful adjustments and encouragement. There’s a great variety of daily classes, from gentle stretching and meditation to more dynamic flow practices. Besides yoga , they also offer different workshops and classes in English are also available . I definitely can recommend to visit the studio for anyone who is in town
This is hands down the best yoga studio in Pattaya! The space is always spotless (they even have a robot vacuum!), and the stunning sea view makes every class even more special. Some group sessions are available in English, which is a big plus for international visitors. The community here is incredibly welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is just perfect for deepening your yoga practice. Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience. Superb studio with great views to the Gulf. Helen lead the practice wonderfully and I was tingling in the places that I have injury or damage. Today, I feel vibrant and at ease… coincidence? Maybe but I think last night’s session has a lot to do with it!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
