Visitor Reviews
I had a truly wonderful experience at Yoga Balance Yoga Studio by Cozy Beach during my stay in Pattaya in winter . The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and perfect for practicing yoga—whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced yogi. The studio is clean, beautifully designed with gorgeous ocean view ,its filled with a peaceful energy that helps you instantly relax and focus 🧘♀️ The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They guide you through each class with care and offer helpful adjustments and encouragement. There’s a great variety of daily classes, from gentle stretching and meditation to more dynamic flow practices. Besides yoga , they also offer different workshops and classes in English are also available . I definitely can recommend to visit the studio for anyone who is in town
I discovered this studio through my girlfriend, and after some time I decided to give it a try. From the very first visit, I was impressed by how calm, beautiful, and bright the place felt. It has such peaceful energy that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. I attend only FYSM Yoga classes with trainer Elena, and it’s exactly there where I truly found inner peace, balance, and a positive shift in my life. I’ve been practicing here for three months now, and I honestly can’t imagine going to any other studio. It’s the best one I’ve ever experienced, and I absolutely love being here.
This is hands down the best yoga studio in Pattaya! The space is always spotless (they even have a robot vacuum!), and the stunning sea view makes every class even more special. Some group sessions are available in English, which is a big plus for international visitors. The community here is incredibly welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is just perfect for deepening your yoga practice. Highly recommend!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
