Ananda Yoga Hua Hin
Ananda Yoga Hua Hin is a dedicated yoga studio and wellness space tucked inside the quiet Thainiyom Village in Cha-am, roughly 30 minutes south of Hua Hin town. The studio is built around the teaching of Kru Chompu, a yoga instructor whose name appears consistently across visitor reviews, praised for her ability to read individual students, adapt sessions to different skill levels, and bring genuine warmth and positivity to every class. Long-term students and first-time visitors alike speak highly of the personalised attention on offer. The atmosphere here is intimate and unhurried, a deliberate contrast to the busier wellness offerings found closer to central Hua Hin. Classes are suited to a range of abilities, and the studio's small-scale format means instruction tends to be hands-on and tailored rather than generic. Visitors have noted that even unplanned drop-in visits have been accommodated with private lessons, reflecting a flexible and welcoming approach to guests. Good to know: Classes are typically arranged by appointment rather than run on a fixed public schedule, so contacting the studio in advance is strongly recommended before making the trip out. The Cha-am location sits outside the main Hua Hin tourist corridor, so arranging your own transport is advisable. Those combining a yoga session with time at the beach will find Cha-am's coastline easily accessible from the village.

Visitor Reviews
Chomphu has the most beautiful soul and this beauty shines through all her classes. Her expertise enabled her to tailor her sessions to meet the needs of all levels of students and she was attentive to provide gentle encouragement and support where needed. I highly recommend her classes which are filled with fun, love and great energy. I would feel recharged after her inspiring class and looking forward to the next!
An absolutely fantastic experience on my yoga classes. P’Chomphu know the best to conduct the classes for each student. My yoga skill was literally developed yet it was so much fun. The atmosphere is greenery and super relaxing. Would recommend the place to all levels. Be sure you will enjoy it much more.😊
Chompu is a very nice and professional yoga teacher. Lesson is normally by appointment, but we dropped by, and she is still willing to accommodate us and offer a quick private lesson. Would definitely recommend her to anyone in Hua Hin who wants yoga lessons.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
