Yoga Balance studio
Yoga Balance Studio operates across two of Krabi's most scenic locations — Railay Beach and Ao Nang Beach — bringing structured yoga instruction directly into the natural landscape rather than a conventional indoor setting. Housed under the umbrella of the Ramada by Wyndham in Ao Nang, the studio offers both sunrise and sunset sessions, allowing practitioners to time their experience around the coastline's most atmospheric moments of the day. Visitors consistently highlight the quality and attentiveness of the instructors, particularly Arisa and Den, who are noted for adapting their teaching to individual ability levels — whether leading a single student or a small group. Classes are described as well-structured yet personable, with instructors offering clear guidance, hands-on corrections, and a calm, encouraging approach that suits both beginners and those with an existing practice. Good to know: Class schedules and session types are not listed online, so it is advisable to contact the Ramada by Wyndham directly to confirm current timings and availability before visiting. Both sunrise and sunset sessions are available, meaning early risers and those who prefer an evening practice are both catered for. Places in smaller classes can be limited, so booking ahead is recommended, especially during the high season between November and February. Comfortable, flexible workout clothing is sufficient — no specialist equipment is required.

Visitor Reviews
We loved the Railay Beach Yoga Balance class with Arisa! She is an excellent teacher and practitioner, her strength and balance are awesome! Her guidance is clear and effective, which gave us confidence and enabled me to achieve things I didn’t think possible! Who knew I’d be able to do a head stand at 62 having not attempted it for 20 years! :) Everything was provided for our comfort and the timing was perfect, so that the late afternoon class gradually became a beautiful sunset yoga experience, in a beautiful location with photos capturing it all for us. I am full of gratitude for such a wonderful and inspiring experience with Arisa during my trip to Thailand.
My husband and I did the sunset yoga at Railay Beach with Arissa and also the sunrise yoga at Ao Nang beach with Den. We thoroughly enjoyed both classes and both teachers. These yoga sessions were definitely one of the top highlights of our trip! While not being very flexible, with the help of the teachers, I was able to do some poses I never thought I'd be able to do. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do yoga and would 100% go back on our next trip 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️
I was the only student in the class today and Den was amazing throughout the whole session. She paid attention to details and made me feel safe and comfortable. She noticed my abilities and challaned me to go even deeper into some poses. I highly recommend classes with Den. I will definitely come back again. It was not only professional but also fun and educational. Thank you Den!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
