About Cross Pattaya Pratamnak
This is the Pattaya stay for people who want the sea without the strip. Up on Pratamnak Hill, it's residential and quiet, and the rooms face out across the water towards Koh Larn. Guests write about big soft beds, strong showers, and in the higher suites two balconies, which is the sort of detail that keeps you in the room longer than you planned. The pool gets photographed constantly. The gym has a sea view and a separate yoga room, which is more than most hotel fitness centres manage.
Breakfast is the other thing people keep bringing up: a small self-serve buffet plus extra dishes you order by scanning a QR code at the table, with Indian options in the mix. There's a café on site too, so you don't have to go hunting, though the surrounding streets are thick with cafés and restaurants if you'd rather wander. Service is the reason people come back. Repeat guests mention staff remembering them by name and holding the same room.

Reviews from Google
Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is a truly wonderful retreat by the sea. The property feels calm and intentional, and my room was beautifully laid out with sweeping views of the ocean and Koh Larn. I stayed in the Elite Executive Ocean Suite, and it was everything I needed for a proper reset. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure (always appreciated), and the two balconies offered stunning sea views that made it hard to leave the room. It was exactly the relaxing getaway I was hoping for. The service across the board was superb. Every staff member was warm and attentive, with special recognition to Gems at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure the stay was flawless. We were also treated to an exceptional Thai massage at the hotel spa, deeply relaxing, to the point where my whole body just melted into a state of calm. The pool deserves a mention as well: spacious, beautifully designed, and never felt crowded. Even with other guests around, it was easy to feel like you had your own personal space. While I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, I was delighted by Oxygen Beach Restaurant just across from the hotel. Dining right on the water with excellent food and wine was a highlight in itself. Pratamnak is, without question, the nicest area in Pattaya, quiet, refined, and close to everything without the chaos. I’ll absolutely be back.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a very reasonable price and an amazing location. It has full facilities, and the swimming pool is perfect for photos. The fitness center is great too, with a separate yoga room that I really loved. The breakfast is outstanding — so many options, and they even serve Indian food. The location is another big highlight, surrounded by many popular cafés. But honestly, you don’t even need to go far because Cross Pattaya Pratamnak has its own stunning café at Kliff Beach, offering the most gorgeous sunset view. The food there is delicious and surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend Cross Pattaya Pratamnak as my number-one choice. It’s the kind of hotel that truly makes your holiday special.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent — the bed was very large and perfectly soft and comfortable. I also loved the beautiful pool view from the room. The staff provided outstanding service, from the bellman to the room maid. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was superb. There was a small buffet where you could serve yourself, and you could also order additional dishes by scanning a QR code, which was very convenient. If I return to Pattaya again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
Location Matters More Than Stars
A well-located 3-star hotel often beats a remote 5-star resort. In Bangkok, staying near a BTS or MRT station saves hours; on islands, proximity to the beach you actually want matters most.
