Perched on Pratamnak Hill, one of Pattaya's quieter and more established neighbourhoods, Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is a resort hotel that trades the noise of the city's busier strips for a calm, residential atmosphere with genuine seaside character. Rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with sweeping views across the ocean toward Koh Larn island drawing consistent praise from guests. The swimming pool is a standout feature — frequently highlighted for both its setting and its photogenic quality — while the fitness centre offers sea views that make it a cut above the standard hotel gym. The atmosphere throughout the property is relaxed and considered, with interiors described by guests as stylish without sacrificing comfort. Staff service is a recurring theme across visitor feedback, with warm, personalised attention noted from arrival through to checkout — a quality that has prompted multiple guests to return for repeat stays. The hotel sits within easy reach of local beaches, dining, and the broader city while maintaining a noticeably quieter environment than Pattaya's central resort corridors. Pattaya is best visited between November and February, when temperatures are more comfortable and rainfall is low. The hotel is located approximately 90 minutes by road from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport. Booking directly through the official website at crosspattayapratamnak.com is recommended for the most accurate rates and room availability.

Visitor Reviews
Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is a truly wonderful retreat by the sea. The property feels calm and intentional, and my room was beautifully laid out with sweeping views of the ocean and Koh Larn. I stayed in the Elite Executive Ocean Suite, and it was everything I needed for a proper reset. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure (always appreciated), and the two balconies offered stunning sea views that made it hard to leave the room. It was exactly the relaxing getaway I was hoping for. The service across the board was superb. Every staff member was warm and attentive, with special recognition to Gems at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure the stay was flawless. We were also treated to an exceptional Thai massage at the hotel spa, deeply relaxing, to the point where my whole body just melted into a state of calm. The pool deserves a mention as well: spacious, beautifully designed, and never felt crowded. Even with other guests around, it was easy to feel like you had your own personal space. While I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, I was delighted by Oxygen Beach Restaurant just across from the hotel. Dining right on the water with excellent food and wine was a highlight in itself. Pratamnak is, without question, the nicest area in Pattaya, quiet, refined, and close to everything without the chaos. I’ll absolutely be back.
As a return guest at Cross Pattaya Pratumnak, staying here again truly felt like coming home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed back so genuinely — from the security guard at the gate, to M and the lovely reception team. Every interaction was warm and caring. I was especially touched that the team kept the same room for me, which made the stay feel even more personal and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ploy, Mild, Paeng, and Tip at the restaurant — your kindness, smiles, and attention made each morning such a pleasure. Breakfast is a real highlight, with champagne and à la carte service, offering a wonderful selection from Thai street food favourites to perfectly poached eggs with truffle. It’s clear the team truly thinks of everything, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is exceptional. Although you’re still in Pattaya, it doesn’t feel like bustling Pattaya at all. The atmosp here is calm, peaceful, and relaxing — the perfect escape. This stay left me feeling completely relaxed, recharged, and well looked after. Cross Pattaya Pratumnak isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place where you’re truly remembered and welcomed. I can’t wait to return again. ✨🙏
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a very reasonable price and an amazing location. It has full facilities, and the swimming pool is perfect for photos. The fitness center is great too, with a separate yoga room that I really loved. The breakfast is outstanding — so many options, and they even serve Indian food. The location is another big highlight, surrounded by many popular cafés. But honestly, you don’t even need to go far because Cross Pattaya Pratamnak has its own stunning café at Kliff Beach, offering the most gorgeous sunset view. The food there is delicious and surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend Cross Pattaya Pratamnak as my number-one choice. It’s the kind of hotel that truly makes your holiday special.
