Bangkok LIFE Longevity & Biohacking Hub
Nestled within the prestigious St Regis Bangkok on Rajadamri Road, this wellness facility operates in partnership with Clinique La Prairie to offer a distinctly modern approach to health and longevity. It sits at the intersection of high-end spa and advanced preventative medicine, attracting health-conscious travellers who want more than a standard massage. Treatments span a broad range, from cryotherapy, IV drips, and oxygen therapy to facials, lymphatic drainage massage, body scrubs, and longevity index assessments, making it equally appealing to biohacking enthusiasts and those simply seeking deep relaxation. The atmosphere is serene and upscale, with facilities including a hot tub, cold plunge pool, and steam room available alongside the clinical wellness offerings. Visitors consistently highlight the personalised attention from staff and the quality of bodywork techniques. Programmes such as sleep optimisation protocols reflect the hub's focus on evidence-based, results-driven wellness rather than purely indulgent treatments, though both experiences are well represented here. Good to know: The hub is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00, which gives travellers flexibility to book around a full day of sightseeing. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly for assessments and specialised treatments like cryotherapy, which require dedicated consultation time. The Rajadamri Road location places it within easy reach of Lumphini Park, the BTS Skytrain, and central Bangkok shopping districts, so it pairs naturally with a broader day out in the city.

One of the best spa in bkk. This place offer health treatment like oxygen machine, iv drips and more. Facials, massages scrub and more is offered too. The body massage is one of the best the technique the therapist and the products use is amazing. The room is spacious. You can come early or stay later on for the jacuzzi which is so big and has both hot and cold side the steam room is good too. The changing area and rest area is very luxury and comfortable and got everything you needed. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Would come back for more treatment.
My bf and I loved our experience with this spa during our stay at the St. Regis. The hot tub, cold plunge, and steam room were magical after a long day traveling the city. I also received a cryotherapy treatment for the first time, and Momo was excellent at explaining everything to me to calm my nerves. The facilities are incredibly clean and exude luxurious relaxation. I loved the rain showers as well. Highly rec for a nice spa day!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
