Anantara Spa at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel
Nestled within the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel on Rajdamri Road, this upscale spa offers a genuine retreat from the city's energy, combining traditional Thai healing practices with contemporary wellness treatments in a calm, well-appointed environment. The setting reflects the hotel's five-star standards, with carefully considered ambience — lighting, music, and room atmosphere consistently noted by visitors as contributing to the overall sense of relaxation. Therapists here are frequently praised by name, with guests highlighting the skill and attentiveness of individual staff members across treatments ranging from foot and body massages to Himalayan massage techniques. The front-of-house team takes time to understand health concerns and preferences before recommending treatments, lending the experience a personalised quality that goes beyond routine spa visits. Both hotel residents and day guests are welcomed. Good to know: Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly during Bangkok's peak tourist season from November through February. The spa is conveniently located close to Ratchadamri BTS station, making it accessible without relying on road transport. Day visitors should allow extra time for the arrival and consultation process, and wear comfortable, loose clothing to and from their appointment, as spa attire is provided on-site.

Visitor Reviews
Jasmine, Nuch and Bogust treated us like returning Siam royals. After a warm welcome and careful check of our health, any particular concerns we might have or preferences, recommended a really relaxing couples massage. Well we were treated to a really extraordinary mix of Thai and Swedish massage techniques that left us sooooo relaxed and we floated out of their spotlessly clean rooms, after ginger tea and equally cheery farewell. Really classy and professional. After our long travels it was a perfect end to our day. Thank you, can't wait to return!
Visited the Anantara Spa today for a 1 hour foot & neck, shoulder, and back massage. It felt like heaven. The front desk girl, Khun Bogust, was very sweet and polite. She recommended me this nice massage package where I met the masseuse, Khun Ae, who was absolutely kind and perfect at what she does. My body felt light and I was very relieved after the massage. 1 hour felt way too soon and made me want more for my next visit! The atmosphere was very nice too. Tranquil and peaceful. Loved the power ball snack! Thank you for the amazing experience.
I had a wonderful massage experience in Thailand. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it easy to fully relax. Ae and Bogust were absolutely fantastic — their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. The massage was perfectly balanced, relieving tension while still being very soothing, and the service throughout was thoughtful and friendly. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning.
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
