Satan's Grill
Satan's Grill carves out a distinct niche in Hua Hin's dining scene by specialising in American-style grilled sandwiches and comfort food — a refreshing departure from the region's typical tourist restaurant offerings. The Philly cheesesteak is a clear crowd favourite, drawing repeat visits from travellers who find it genuinely satisfying, while the hot Italian sausage dog with onions, peppers, and sauce has earned its own enthusiastic following. The venue is owner-operated, and guests frequently note the warm, personal hospitality that comes with that setup. The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious, making it a natural fit for a relaxed lunch or a late-night meal after exploring Hua Hin's nightlife. The menu leans heavily into hearty, filling portions designed for sharing or eating solo without ceremony. It is worth noting that prices sit at the higher end for Thailand — around 500 baht per dish — so it is best approached as a treat rather than an everyday budget stop. Those expecting elevated ingredients or restaurant-grade sides may find the experience more functional than refined. Good to know: Satan's Grill opens at 10:30 AM and stays open until 2 AM every day of the week, making it one of the more reliable late-night dining options in the area. Arriving earlier in the evening tends to offer a more relaxed experience, though the extended hours make it equally practical for night owls. Visitor Reviews
Being from the UK, i had never had a "Philly Cheesesteak sandwich" so i had to try this place! It did not disappoint, i actually had 3 of them the week i stayed in Hua Hin. A nice tasty hot steak sandwich with melted cheese throughout. I had the additional mushrooms on the last visit and it was really tasty. I'll certainly pop back here for more, the next time i am in Hua Hin.
When I tell you that the Hot Italian Sausage Dog sandwich did not DISAPPOINT! IT WAS AMAZING AND BEYOND FREAKING DELICIOUS! FROM THE SOFT BUN TO A FULLY STUFFED DOG WITH ONIONS, PEPPERS AND A SAUCE TO DIE FOR!
The couple who owns this place are truly wonderful people. I've been in Thailand for 6 months and this is the best burger I've had since we got here. Stop by for delicious food and good company!

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
