Villa Market - Hua Hin
Villa Market on Phet Kasem Road is a go-to supermarket for travellers and expatriates seeking imported and international food products in Hua Hin. The store carries a strong selection of Western staples that can be hard to source elsewhere locally, including imported cheeses, Australian beef, Norwegian salmon, organic produce, fresh seafood, and a notable range of international spirits and wines. Shoppers familiar with the Villa Market brand from Bangkok or Pattaya will find the same reliable product range here. The shopping environment is clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate, with staff available to assist. Alongside international imports, the store stocks Thai products and fresh fruits and vegetables, making it practical for both self-catering villa stays and day-to-day top-ups. Pricing on imported goods reflects the premium nature of the stock, though the store does run promotions and offers competitive value when compared to buying equivalent products abroad. Open every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the store fits conveniently into most travel schedules. A practical note: plastic bags carry a small charge, so bringing a reusable bag is worth considering, particularly for longer stays. The Phet Kasem Road location is accessible by tuk-tuk or songthaew, and mid-morning visits on weekdays tend to be quieter than weekend afternoons.

Who doesn't love Villa Market!... I would love it more if we're cheaper.. but depending on the days they do do some things at reasonable prices actually. Especially if you compare to the price in Europe it's often similar. They even do a delivery service which we also used... Got a promo free delivery and the next time a reduced delivery fee. Order in the morning and get a few hours later! I did notice the stock and choices available change /move often and so if you find it one day. .... You may not the next.. I think it's just a very busy store! (McVittees milk chocolate digestives.. there one day but then not again for several days) they do stock some very nice lines . I would prefer the fresh baked bread products to be wrapped in paper rather than the plastic wrap.. they are not crisp as a result, I did find a nice 'packaged' pumpkin seeded bread behind the main bread display though! Staff super helpful and friendly! Good shop!
Great to find a Villa Market in Hua Hin and away from my local one in Pattaya. Same great selection of products. For me, this mean French cheese, fresh seafood and high quality tortilla chips and spicy salsa. I also love the excellent variety of fruit, salad and vegetables on offer. Not sure why I am being asked questions about this as if it's a hotel.
Villa market was fantastic with a wide range of Western groceries and fresh produce. We bought bread, fruits, cheese, and other essential items. We were happy to find several well-known brands of US and Europe. Good place to shop for local curry pastes to take it back to your countries.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
