Fish Club (Seafood Grill)
Situated within the Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach resort in the Na Jomtien area, Fish Club is a beachfront seafood restaurant where the setting is as much a draw as the food. Diners overlook the sea from an outdoor environment that catches both blue skies and evening sunsets, making it a popular choice for leisurely lunches and relaxed dinners alike. The kitchen focuses on grilled seafood, with standout dishes including grilled squid and sand lobster prepared using a local coconut-based recipe that adds a distinctly regional character to the menu. The atmosphere strikes a balance between resort polish and casual comfort. Staff are consistently noted for their attentiveness and warmth, and the space suits everything from a poolside lunch while waiting for a hotel check-in to a more considered dinner by the water. As a hotel restaurant, it maintains professional service standards without being overly formal, and it draws both resort guests and outside visitors seeking reliable, fresh seafood in a scenic setting. Good to know: Fish Club is open from 11:00 daily, with extended hours until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. One visitor noted that pricing reflects its hotel affiliation, so those on a tighter budget may want to factor that in. Reservations are advisable on weekend evenings, particularly during peak season, when the combination of the sunset views and extended hours makes it a busy dining destination.

Visitor Reviews
Fish Club is my go-to spot every time I check in at Andaz Pattaya. Whether I’m waiting for my room or just craving a relaxing lunch by the pool, this beachfront restaurant never disappoints. The setting is stunning—right next to the main pool with ocean views, perfect for sunny days. The ambiance strikes a great balance between laid-back and stylish, ideal for a peaceful meal. The menu offers a mix of Thai and international dishes, with a strong focus on seafood. Many dishes I’ve tried here is fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. I will plan to dinner here next time when I have a chance to stay this hotel again and imagine that how the vibe in the evening is equally beautiful with the sound of waves in the background. Highly recommend for both hotel guests and outside visitors looking for quality seaside dining.
At the fish club located within the Andez Resort The view is amazing. Blue sky with amazing outdoor dining environments. Staff are super friendly and pays attention to the details on the dining preference of the guests. Alaskan crab salad is quite a unique combination with avocado as the base. Fisherman’s burger is amazing. The sauce is light. Cucumber goes very well with the prawns patty as well as the crab meat. Coconut cold brew is a must to try. Original sweetness from the coconut water and the cold brew is intense. Reasonable price and food quality is definitely worth the price. truly deserved Michelin star

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
