Sirocco is lebua's open-air Mediterranean restaurant at the top of State Tower in Silom, set out on the terrace beneath the golden dome, and it was the first restaurant lebua opened. It sits steps away from Sky Bar at lebua, so it's the sit-down way to take in the same view, and lebua bills it as the world's highest alfresco dining. Executive chef Brian Rodriguez cooks from Andalusia, Provence and the Levant. Gambero Rosso gave it Two Forks in its 2026 Top Italian Restaurants guide, and the World Culinary Awards named it the World's Best Rooftop Restaurant in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Come for the occasion rather than for value. On lebua's current menus the Chef's Tasting Menu is ฿6,500 a person with a ฿5,500 wine pairing, starters run ฿1,400 to ฿2,250 and mains ฿1,900 to ฿4,950, all before the 10% service charge and 7% VAT. I'd book a table for sunset and walk over to the bar for a drink after dinner, or do it the other way round, since the bar takes no reservations.

Sirocco is open every evening from 17:30 to 00:30. Bookings go through lebua by phone on +66 2 624 9999 or by WhatsApp, and a deposit, taken off the final bill, confirms the table. Changes and cancellations are free up to 72 hours ahead, while New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day and group bookings need a full non-refundable deposit. The dress code is lebua's smart casual, so tailored shorts, t-shirts and elegant sandals pass for men, but sportswear, swimwear, men's sleeveless tops and flip-flops don't. Children of all ages are welcome. BTS Saphan Taksin, beside Sathorn Pier, is about 430 m from the tower.
