KUDO Beach Club sits right on Patong Beach, the beach club attached to KUDO Hotel, and it's the Patong pick on three of the Phuket nightlife guides I checked. The others on those lists are mostly out on Bang Tao and Kamala, so this is the one you can walk to from Bangla Road.
It works as a pool and daybed spot in the afternoon and turns into a party with DJs as the sun goes down, which is when the guides say to come.
