Original Cocktails
Perched right on Pattaya's Beach Road, this cocktail bar draws regulars and first-timers alike with its enviable position and wide-ranging drinks menu. The setting makes it a natural stop during or after a day on the beach, and the extensive cocktail selection gives visitors plenty of reason to skip the standard beer and explore something more creative. Friendly, attentive staff are frequently highlighted by guests as a genuine strength of the place. The atmosphere leans casual and social, fitting well with the laid-back energy of Beach Road. Music tends toward 80s and 90s classics, which suits the crowd, though a small number of visitors have noted the volume can run high at times. The bar has built a loyal following among those who return to Pattaya regularly, with some describing it as their go-to spot whenever they hit the strip. Good to know: seating can be limited during busier periods, and at least one visitor has reported being asked to move mid-drink when a reserved table was needed, so arriving early or checking table availability when you sit down is a sensible precaution. No website is currently listed, so it is worth visiting in person to get a feel for the vibe before settling in for the evening.

Visitor Reviews
best place on Beach road you don't need a Thai massage go here for a drink and have a chat with the staff and like many when they come to Beach road this is the regular place and given the prices for products maybe the cheaper what more could you want win win after this visit you are much more relaxed than the massage
I had a fantastic time at original Cocktails!!! The atmosphere is perfect for a beach day. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The cocktails is really good. Perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach! I highly recommend it.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
