The therapists work firm if you want firm and light if you don't, and they'll keep asking through the session rather than powering on regardless. The office syndrome treatment gets singled out repeatedly, so if you've arrived with shoulders locked up from a desk or a long flight, ask for that. Oil massage is the other one people rate. A typical session moves back, legs and hands first, then finishes on neck, shoulders and head, sometimes with a hot towel over the face. The room itself is clean, which in this part of town is worth saying out loud.

Jo gave me a 1h “office syndrome” massage and it must have been the best massage Ive had in my life. She is a true professional. Firm but still asked several times if the pressure was ok. She found the pressure points and knots like a ninja and worked her way through them. I have never felt such shoulder relief!
Emerald Spa & Massage is definitely a hidden gem. The prices are reasonable, the service is fantastic, and the massage itself was simply outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional massage experience. I will definitely be back! Five stars!
Very good massage, best one I have tried in Pattaya so far.. this is a LEGIT MASSAGE AND SPA SHOP, not those fake ones you see everywhere with young girls / lady boys offering Thai massage for 200 / 300. Started off by washing feet.. The Lady applied a lot of pressure, worked on back first then legs and hands. Neck, shoulders, and head last.. she used a hot towel to massage my face. Would definitely come back here again, extremely clean place. I would give 5 stars but there were some Japanese tourists that were talking very loud towards the end, they kept yapping away.. masseuse asked them politely to keep their voices down. Other than that, it's a perfect massage shop. They give you water after. It's located beside the outdoor eating area on the main road.. inside the shop is very peaceful, can not hear anything outside. PS the restrooms are outside, need a key to get in.. they don't have any toilets inside lol if you need to go, do it before you get the massage.
