Tukcom South Pattaya
If your charger died, your screen cracked or your laptop gave up somewhere between Jomtien and Walking Street, this is where you go. Several floors of small vendors on Thanon Pattaya Tai, all of it electronics: phones, cameras, audio gear, chargers, cables, plus repair counters that will happily take a look at an older handset most shops back home would refuse to touch.
Two things to understand before you walk in. Prices are negotiable, and how much you pay depends entirely on how you play it, so know roughly what the item costs elsewhere before you start. And not everything is genuine, so ask directly. One review describes a seller near the top of the escalator swapping a chosen phone for a broken one during the transaction. Keep your hands on the item you picked, take the protective film off before you pay, and check it's the same device.
The ground floor cafes are better than the setting suggests. Coffee and cake, proper meals, somewhere to sit while someone upstairs works on your phone.

Great place for Gadgets and electronics..phones and phone repairs. If you have an older phone and wanted it fixed or looking for a new older phone..lol. This is for you. Great place to wander BUT be prepared to negotiate. The price you get depends on several factors...dont be afraid to go super low and start the negotiation from there...take a second do some research and try again...what you get may not be original so always ask. Definitely YMMV!! TIP...There is a LARGE outdoor local (turn right) market across the street FIRST STREET you come to on the left side, TURN left. A must see also!
This is a place where you'll find everything related to electronics. It has several floors at your disposal, and you won't go hungry. There are cafes and restaurants on the ground floor.
Woman at the immediate left when you go up the escalator is swapping your selected phone for a broken one you decline. She starts going back and forward between shops telling you the first one has problems charging then recommends another only to swap it out for some cracked broken one with a faulty power port. If you are not careful and don't remove the case protector after you buy to make sure its the same phone you picked, she will take your money as she did with me. AVOID!! Shop only from official Samsung or Apple store in Pattaya. Pattaya is a wonderful place but the scams are everywhere. Be careful! This phone I spent hundreds on is totally useless and has nearly zero resale value. It was not the one I chose before I paid.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
