Little Brother Thai Restaurant - Pattaya Sai 2
Tucked along Pattaya Sai 2, this family-style Thai restaurant has built a devoted following among both locals and travellers for serving genuinely authentic Thai cuisine at mid-range prices. Visitors consistently describe it as a standout meal not just in Pattaya but across their entire time in Thailand — notable praise given the country's formidable culinary standards. The setup is unpretentious and evokes a classic street restaurant, but an air-conditioned indoor dining room offers a cooler alternative for those wanting refuge from the heat. The family-style format suits groups well, encouraging shared ordering across a broad menu. Staff are noted for being friendly and approachable, and communication is straightforward — pointing at dishes gets the job done without any fuss. The kitchen stays consistently busy, which regulars take as a reliable sign of quality. Good to know: The restaurant operates virtually around the clock every day of the week, making it a practical option regardless of the hour. Visiting during mid-afternoon lulls tends to mean a quieter, more relaxed experience. The Pattaya Sai 2 location is convenient for guests staying in central Pattaya, including those based at nearby condominiums such as The Base.

Visitor Reviews
Google reviews range from 1 to 5 stars, and you'll understand why when you visit. While the kitchen is open, there's a cool, air-conditioned room inside where you can eat. Communication is simple just read the menu, and everyone understands. Only the most discerning people give it a 1, but based solely on taste, it's a 5. Just go and try it. If you want high-end quality at a reasonable price, go to a more expensive restaurant.
The most amazing food I tried in Thailand. And I tried alot. Look like a typical street restaurant, but dont mistake. This IS the spot for the taste of Thailand. ❤️ 5 stars for the food 5 stars for the staff 3 stars for the interior. 13 stars in total 😁

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
