Lisa on the beach
Come for the bands. That's the whole point of this place, a beachfront open-air bar on South Pattaya Road where the house acts work through 80s and 90s rock and metal every night until 3am, and do it with real skill rather than the tired covers you get elsewhere on this coast. Drinks are cheap, the crowd is a mix of tourists and Pattaya regulars, and plenty of fans keep the space bearable on a sticky night.
It's a sit-down-and-stay sort of bar rather than somewhere you pass through. There's billiards, snacks, and hostesses and bar staff who get named in reviews by first name, which tells you something about how often people come back. Fair warning: the service can tip into attentive-bordering-on-pushy if you'd rather be left alone with your beer. Dogs are welcome, which is unusual enough to mention.
I'd get there earlier in the evening if you want a seat with a clear view of the stage, particularly between November and February when Pattaya fills up.

Reviews from Google
This is our favorite rock bar. We have never met more professional and talented groups anywhere else in Pattaya - these are truly musicians with a capital M who live music and perform it with soul!!! They have a huge share of energy, charm and artistry. You can play billiards and have a snack. You can come with your dog. Good service, sometimes a bit intrusive. Very democratic price. And most importantly - a sincere atmosphere !!! You always feel like you're at a party among friends.
I went to Lisa's to hear some live music. What a treat! The band was amazing. So good that I went back the next night too. Service was excellent. Everyone was warm and welcoming. It's an open space with lots of fans so it's very comfortable. If I lived in Pattaya I would be a regular. Can't wait to return.
Great bar for music and some cold drink right opposite the beach.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
