Rolling Live 3
Rolling Live 3 is a well-established live music bar and event venue in Pattaya City, drawing a loyal crowd of locals and travellers with its energetic rock 'n' roll atmosphere and talented resident bands. The musicians are a clear highlight — covering western classic rock and playing songs on request rather than running through a fixed setlist, which gives each night a spontaneous, crowd-driven feel that keeps people coming back. Inside, the venue offers plenty of seating for those who want to relax, a pool table for between-sets entertainment, and drinks at prices that reviewers consistently describe as reasonable. The sound quality and venue decoration both contribute to an experience that feels more polished than a typical dive bar without losing the casual, social atmosphere that makes it a comfortable place to settle in for the evening. Good to know: Opening hours and cover charge details are not widely published online, so it is worth arriving on the earlier side of the evening or checking with nearby venues for guidance. The bar is known to keep going later into the night — at least one visitor noted continuing here after another music bar closed at midnight — making it a reliable option if you are looking to extend a night out. Weeknights tend to offer a more relaxed crowd, though the atmosphere remains convivial regardless of when you visit.

Visitor Reviews
I was having a great night out at a different music bar whose band packed up at midnight. Fortunately the staff recommended I continue on here. Great sound, mainly western classic rock covers but some good Thai tunes also. Fun staff and crowd and they continued until 3am - how good! I am not sure if they have a food offering, but the drinks were reasonably priced for a late night venue and they were served with alacrity :) Really finished off the night perfectly. Highly recommended!
Always been a pleasure to spend the best part of a night here. 11 years ago this place was packed almost every night (as was the entire soi), sadly not the case now but still a good atmosphere. Staff are excellent - don't be shy about leaving a tip, those ladies rely on tips. If you like bands and want a good night out, give it a try.
Amazing rock ‘n’ roll, bar vibes, great snow, quality, and decoration. Lots of space to sit down relax, watch the loud music you can play pool. The drinks are reasonably priced. The band was amazing and played songs from lots of different eras.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
