Hush Bar
This Bo Put establishment has built a solid reputation as a go-to venue for nightlife on Koh Samui, attracting both locals and visitors seeking evening entertainment. The bar operates daily from 9 PM to 2 AM, making it a convenient option for those wanting to extend their night without traveling far across the island. With a mid-range price point, it offers accessible drinking and socializing without requiring a substantial budget commitment. Visitors can expect a casual, social atmosphere where the venue maintains consistent quality—reflected in its solid rating across hundreds of reviews. The bar caters to those looking for a relaxed evening rather than high-energy club vibes, making it suitable for various group dynamics, whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple. Good to know: Since this venue is open seven nights a week with identical hours, you can confidently plan a night out regardless of when you're visiting. The Bo Put location, just north of Chaweng, tends to be quieter and more local-oriented than the main beach strip, so expect a more laid-back crowd. Casual beach wear is perfectly acceptable, though you may want to have a light layer or cover-up handy for air-conditioned interiors.

By far the best hip-hop club in Koh Samui, was there 2023 winter high season and the music was banging, the staff at the bar and servers were very kind and good people. Dj Monti is known to light the place on fire.

Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
