Why go, and how to do it well
Come for the fire show and stay for the buckets, but don't come expecting polished service. This is a beach party bar in the full Phi Phi sense, with performers spinning fire on the sand, limbo games with free shots if you make it under, fire ropes you're welcome to jump, a mechanical bull indoors and speakers running 2000s throwbacks. Cocktails get consistently good marks even if they arrive in a plastic cup.
Timing matters more than anything here. It's open from 9am, and the daytime version is a very different thing, quiet music, deck chairs, the sea in front of you. Regulars reckon the party properly kicks off around 11:30pm. Get there in the early evening if you want an outdoor seat before the crowd arrives for the fire show.
Two honest caveats. Service is hit and miss, with more than one visitor describing staff as brusque, so keep your expectations at bar level rather than table service. And the beach around it collects litter, plastic cups and cigarette ends, which is worth knowing if you're picturing something pristine.

Food: Didn't have Vibe: Amazing Occasion: Paradise for partying, leave all the troubles in the world behind for a few hours Slinky Bar and Freedom Bar are the absolute GOATs of partying in Phi Phi island, I've never seen anything like it. There's fire shows, body painting, platform dancing, mechanical bulls, lounge chairs and speakers blasting with 2000s/2010s nostalgic songs. What else can you ask for? Pro tip: The party is in full force around 11:30pm onwards till 3am. Before that, you can go to Reggae Bar and watch the kickboxing. After that, you can grab a burger at Prime burger Phi Phi.
Fast and quick service for drinks, the fire shows on the beach are great and the buckets alcohol are amazing. Also you can ride a mechanical bull inside which is fun to do!
