Lost & Found HuaHin
Lost & Found HuaHin is a cocktail bar, wine bar, and restaurant tucked into the Nong Kae area of Hua Hin, offering an evening experience that blends creative drinks with a full food menu in a distinctly atmospheric setting. The venue is known for its unusual decor, cosy lighting, and a genuine enthusiasm for seasonal celebrations — past visitors have arrived to find the place fully dressed for Halloween and Christmas, adding a memorable layer to an otherwise relaxed night out. The food leans Thai, the cocktails are creative and generously poured, and the staff have earned a strong reputation for going out of their way for guests — including arranging balloons, cake, and a rendition of Happy Birthday for special occasions. With mid-range pricing, it strikes a balance between quality and value that suits couples, families, and small groups equally well. The ground floor dining area and bar setting make it versatile for either a proper dinner or a few drinks-only evening. Lost & Found opens at 17:00 every day of the week except Monday and closes at 23:30, making it a reliable option on any night of a Hua Hin stay. Those with a keen interest in cocktails may want to ask staff about customisation options before ordering, as experiences can vary. The venue sits away from the main tourist strip, so a taxi or rideshare app is the easiest way to get there, particularly on the way back.

Visitor Reviews
This evening I had the immense pleasure to dine at the restaurant 'Lost and Found' in Hua Hin. By chance I chose this place on Halloween and the decorations that they came up with, both outside and inside were absolutely breathtaking compared to all other restaurants around. All their staff were wearing horrific make-up and some were disguised. I was seated at their nicely windy rooftop and ordered delicious 'spinach/cheese rolls' as a starter followed by an absolutely delicious 'chicken panang'. Staff were very kind & attentive and the music was pleasant. An experience not to be missed when you are in Hua Hin on Halloween (and on all other days of the year).
A BIG thank you to the staff for all the effort they made to ensure my wife had a lovely birthday. They had put up balloons and brought cake and sparkling elderflower and sang happy birthday. I would highly recommend people come early for the sunset drinks to enjoy the view and the BOGOF deal 🍹🍸 We also really enjoyed the music that was playing on the roof and in the restaurant. I can highly recommend the Duck Salad and my wife really enjoyed her strip loin steak. The chicken wings deserve a mention also

Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
