Craft & Scruffy's puts two Bangkok names under one roof, the Craft beer bar's draft lineup on one side and Scruffy's Irish pub on the other, so you can have a proper pint and watch the game without the beer-bar hustle that fills the rest of the street. It's open from late morning, which makes it a lunch and sports-afternoon place as much as a night out.
The food runs all day, the screens carry the big matches, and on Friday nights there's a live band. Soi 94 is Hua Hin's busier bar strip these days, with the WonderLand bar complex and a couple of rock bars a short walk away, so it works as the first stop or the sit-down end of the evening.
