My Place Lounge Chiang Mai
Sitting on Chiang Mai's lively Loi Kroh Road, this casual lounge bar punches well above its category by doubling as a genuinely good all-day dining spot. It functions as a sports bar, cocktail bar, and breakfast restaurant rolled into one unpretentious space, drawing a loyal mix of expats, long-term visitors, and passing travellers who tend to come back repeatedly. The relaxed vibe and notably friendly staff are recurring themes in visitor feedback, with regulars singling out individual team members by name.
The menu covers considerable ground — all-day breakfast, burgers, pizzas, Thai dishes, and a standout Chiang Mai sausage preparation that at least one regular considers unique to this venue. It's equally suited to a morning coffee, a lazy afternoon watching sport on the screens, or an evening of drinks and cocktails. Mid-range pricing keeps it accessible without feeling like a compromise on quality or atmosphere.

Reviews from Google
I have come here several times for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and evening drinks. They serve breakfast all day long. There is a variety of burgers, pizzas, and Thai food to choose from. Today I had the spinach and cheese pizza, and a meat lovers pizza. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They also have a pool table and several TV’s to various games on. Good spot. I will come back before I fly out.
This is a lovely little place, staff are so friendly and the food great. I go there for their Chiang Mai sausage dishes , which come in various forms, it's a must try and this is the only place I've found them if you discount the street vendors.
Wish I found this place sooner and spent more time here, would've loved to try out the food. The atmosphere of the place and the vibe is super nice. Great place to catch the games, stopped by for a couple of beers. Will be back soon.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
