Nobody plans a trip around a convenience store, but you'll end up in one most days you're in Thailand, and this Pak Nam branch is the sort you're glad exists at 2am. It's open round the clock, seven days a week, which makes it the answer when your flight lands late, your stomach wants something at an odd hour, or you've run out of water in the heat.

Expect the standard format: air conditioning, snacks and drinks, instant meals, toiletries, basic travel bits and phone top-ups. Hot food like steamed buns is usually going near the counter, and that's a genuinely cheap way to plug a gap between meals. It won't replace a proper Krabi market or a street stall for eating, and I wouldn't go out of my way for it. But if you're staying nearby in Mueang Krabi District, treat it as your restock point and save the exploring for daylight.
