Positioned in the quieter Ao Vichit neighbourhood of Phuket, this MGallery Collection property delivers a villa-style luxury experience defined by privacy, considered design, and attentive personalised service. Each villa is spacious and contemporary, complete with private pool access, and the resort's elevated setting affords unobstructed views of the sea that guests consistently highlight as a standout feature of the stay. The Akoya Sky Lounge Bar adds a social dimension to the property, offering a dedicated vantage point for sunset views over the water.
Guests can expect butler service throughout their stay, buggy transfers within the grounds, and the refined hospitality standards associated with the MGallery brand. The resort suits travellers seeking a retreat from Phuket's busier beach zones while remaining within reach of the island's main attractions and transport links. Dining on-site draws positive mentions, making it a practical option for guests who prefer to spend time within the resort rather than venturing out for every meal.
Those with specific requirements or preferences are advised to communicate directly with the resort before arrival, as at least one guest noted that pre-arrival requests were not fully fulfilled upon check-in. Booking in advance is recommended, particularly during Phuket's peak dry season between November and February when demand for quality accommodation across the island is at its highest. Checking the MGallery website directly may also surface seasonal rates or package deals not available through third-party platforms.

Reviews from Google
I have stayed in many luxury resorts around the world, but this experience was on another level entirely. Everything was flawless — the villa, the privacy, the service, the atmosphere — but what made it truly unforgettable was my butler, Kitty. Kitty is the kind of professional every hotel dreams of and every guest hopes for. He is incredibly attentive, warm, intelligent, and genuinely cares about delivering the perfect experience. He remembered every preference, anticipated every need, and made me feel not like a guest, but like someone truly valued. Honestly, Kitty is the main reason my stay was exceptional. He turned a great hotel into a lifetime memory. If you are lucky enough to have Kitty as your butler, you are guaranteed a perfect stay.
Our stay at V Villas Phuket was absolutely amazing. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully designed, and extremely private. The view from the hotel is simply unreal truly one of the most breathtaking views we’ve experienced. The service is top-notch from the moment you arrive. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel completely welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. A very special thank you to our dedicated butler, Jack, for his extraordinary service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made our experience even more memorable. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to come back!
We stayed for 3 nights. The buggy staff and our assigned butler were kind and responsive, and that part of the service was positive. Before check-in, we emailed the hotel requesting that any glass items in the room be removed for our children’s safety. However, upon arrival, glass water bottles were still placed on top of the refrigerator, and we had to request their removal again. There were also glass bottles left near the sink area. It was disappointing that our prior request was not fully reflected. On February 28, we visited the restaurant for lunch. While we were still in the middle of our meal, we were informed that payment needed to be completed before 4 PM. This was not near closing time, and as the restaurant operates as an all-day dining venue, it was the first time we have ever been asked to settle the bill during a meal at a five-star hotel. There was no check-in regarding the food or service before the payment request, which gave the impression that payment was being prioritized over the guest experience. For room charges, we also had to specifically request a receipt, whereas it is typically provided upon signing. On March 1, although we had prepaid 7,000 THB in cash for a 3-day breakfast promotion at check-in, we were informed the next morning that breakfast was not included. This was communicated without prior internal confirmation, which was surprising and uncomfortable. On our last morning, we discovered a very large cockroach inside the villa. We had kept the doors closed at all times, as we were already cautious about insects and lizards in a tropical environment. Therefore, finding such a large cockroach inside the room was particularly shocking and uncomfortable. The staff responded immediately and removed it, although it was handled by hand, which made us somewhat concerned about hygiene. After this incident, we checked out approximately 4 hours earlier than planned. Additionally, the private pool temperature could not be properly adjusted. The water remained cold, and there was no effective hot water control, which was inconvenient for children. As mentioned in other reviews, the toilet system was very sensitive. Even minimal toilet paper usage caused blockage, requiring staff assistance. We felt guests needed to be extremely cautious when using it. The 7,000 THB breakfast promotion was refunded; however, since we had already used 2 out of the 3 breakfasts, the effective compensation amounted to approximately 4,666 THB. Considering the price point of approximately $1,100 USD per night, the overall level of service execution did not meet expectations. While there were positive aspects, several operational details made the stay feel less refined than anticipated. Families traveling with young children may wish to take these points into consideration when choosing this property.
