Kitty is the kind of professional every hotel dreams of and every guest hopes for. He is incredibly attentive, warm, intelligent, and genuinely cares about delivering the perfect experience. He remembered every preference, anticipated every need, and made me feel not like a guest, but like someone truly valued. Honestly, Kitty is the main reason my stay was exceptional. He turned a great hotel into a lifetime memory. If you are lucky enough to have Kitty as your butler, you are guaranteed a perfect stay.
Today we visited the Akoya Sky Lounge Bar at V Villas Phuket and were lucky to have a breathtaking spot with an unobstructed view of the sea and an unforgettable sunset. We would like to extend a special thank you to Minni, who was an outstanding, friendly, and incredibly helpful host. Arm served our dinner with a constant smile and did a fantastic job throughout the evening. Nott, the bartender, crafted wonderful drinks for us — many thanks to him as well. Our stay at V Villas Phuket was absolutely amazing. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully designed, and extremely private. The view from the hotel is simply unreal truly one of the most breathtaking views we’ve experienced. The service is top-notch from the moment you arrive. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel completely welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.
