Kalima Resort & Spa
Compare prices
Perched above Patong on Phabaramee Road, Kalima Resort & Spa offers a polished retreat with a strong reputation for attentive, personable service. The resort features an infinity pool with panoramic views, a dedicated spa, an artificial beach, and an outdoor pool — making it a well-rounded base for travellers seeking relaxation over sightseeing. Rooms and villas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness, and the on-site restaurant draws consistent praise for both food quality and its scenic outlook. Guests frequently highlight the warmth of the staff as a standout element of the experience, with housekeeping and front desk teams noted by name in multiple reviews. The restaurant is well regarded in its own right, with visitors recommending the breakfast option in particular. Yoga classes are available daily through the gym facility, adding a wellness dimension beyond the spa. The atmosphere leans toward calm and comfort rather than activity or nightlife. One practical consideration worth noting: the resort sits on a busy dual carriageway, which makes it less walkable than some Patong alternatives and may not suit travellers who prefer to be in the middle of the action on foot. Those arriving by car or scooter, or who are content to stay within the resort, are likely to find the trade-off worthwhile. Booking directly through the resort website at kalimaresort.com is worth exploring for package inclusions such as the all-inclusive breakfast option.

Visitor Reviews
Our stay at Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket has been truly outstanding. The Front Desk and Reception team set the tone for a flawless experience. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are exceptional. A special thank you to Duty Manager Abner and his team for their graceful leadership and seamless service — they truly make every guest feel valued and cared for. The housekeeping team is equally impressive. Our room is impeccably clean every day, beautifully arranged, and enhanced with thoughtful decorative surprises that add a special touch to our stay. Their consistency and dedication reflect true five-star hospitality. Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket delivers not only breathtaking views, but service excellence at every level. Thank you!
Can not recommend and celebrate this location enough. The staff treated us like loyalty from start to finish. The rooms were spotless the entire time thanks to Nanny, Emmy and S.Pooh, and they made incredible figures out of towels everyday! A special shout out to Kook in the lobby who is the most genuinely helpful man. However we received nothing but kindness and hospitality from all the staff, the hotel is lovely and has absolutely everything we needed, we would happily come back. They have helped make this the most perfect honeymoon!
Resort has all the amenities one could ask for when it comes to a relaxing getaway! - Purchase the all inclusive breakfast option! Food is great quality! - All service workers are kind! - I recommend taking the free yoga class with Min and Tony! - Rooftop bar and pool are wonderful to relax it. They’re well maintained! - The only critique is that room service will sometimes miss items that require replacement but they’ll get it for your right away if you call the front desk

Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
