Casabay Luxury Pool Villas by STAY

Yesterday I celebrated a birthday with my friends. It was amazing. The villa is clean, beds are so comfortable, a swimming pool is very big. Stuff was very helpful. I recommend it for everyone!

The luxury villa was so great and big and nice for family or friends the location is too far from everything it was in the south of Phuket,, the check in was so unprofessional and my villa it was not ready!! And they but me and 10 people more with me in a small villa for the first night. I arrived in late night!! And we was so tired from the long flight i spend 24 hours in the airports and plane. And the attitude it was unprofessional. They dont have room service in the villa and there is no stuff at all from afternoon until morning. And every morning the electricity not working i have to contact with them to send someone to fix it every morning. And at night they wont open the light for the pool and outside area! And the breakfast was too simple there is no many options. The check out experience it was SO BAD and they was so rude. The villa was so nice and wonderful but i will not recommend to anyone and i will not come back to them there is too many petter options for the villas in Phuket.

Staying at this villa caused significant discomfort and was very disappointing. The biggest issue of the entire villa complex is the management, which clearly does not monitor cleanliness, the condition of the villas, or the quality of the staff’s work. Upon check-in, the villa had clearly not been properly cleaned after previous guests. We found hair, nuts on the floor and furniture, bottle caps, and even a used diaper left behind. The sunbed mattresses were covered with mold and dirt. The glass surfaces were greasy, with handprints and other body marks. The kitchen cabinets smelled like damp, dirty cloths. When I reported these issues, I was told that nothing could be done that day and that I would have to wait until the next day. In addition, at check-in there was no washing machine (despite it being advertised), the air conditioner was broken, the dishwasher did not work, and the kitchen faucet was damaged. The next day, about 80% of the dirt was cleaned. Some issues were either not addressed or ignored. The sunbed mattresses were simply removed instead of being cleaned or replaced. A washing machine was also delivered the next day, but it turned out to be unusable — the first test wash covered the clothes with rusty flakes. My conclusion is that this place is far from being a luxury villa. It might be acceptable for groups staying one night only, if you are willing to overlook basic hygiene standards.
