Compare prices
Casabay Luxury Pool Villas by STAY offers a collection of private villas in the Rawai area of southern Phuket, positioned as an upscale retreat for groups and families seeking space and seclusion. Each villa comes equipped with a private infinity pool, garden, and full kitchen, making the property particularly well suited to travellers who prefer a self-contained base over a traditional hotel setup. The villas are generously sized, and complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are included. Guests who have had positive stays highlight the spaciousness, privacy, and comfort of the villas, praising the large pools and the suitability for group or family travel. However, some visitors have reported inconsistencies in cleanliness, villa readiness on arrival, and the professionalism of the check-in process, suggesting that experiences can vary. Prospective guests may wish to confirm villa condition and amenities directly with the property before booking. The location in Rawai places the villas in a quieter, residential corner of Phuket, away from the busier tourist strips. This suits travellers looking for peace and privacy, but it is worth noting that restaurants, beaches, and attractions require a drive. Renting a car or arranging transport in advance is advisable. The property operates around the clock, and booking directly through the official website is recommended to clarify expectations ahead of arrival.

Visitor Reviews
Yesterday I celebrated a birthday with my friends. It was amazing. The villa is clean, beds are so comfortable, a swimming pool is very big. Stuff was very helpful. I recommend it for everyone!
Highly recommendable, spacious and very private villas, suitable for large families and long stays We truly enjoyed this and will return!
The luxury villa was so great and big and nice for family or friends the location is too far from everything it was in the south of Phuket,, the check in was so unprofessional and my villa it was not ready!! And they but me and 10 people more with me in a small villa for the first night. I arrived in late night!! And we was so tired from the long flight i spend 24 hours in the airports and plane. And the attitude it was unprofessional. They dont have room service in the villa and there is no stuff at all from afternoon until morning. And every morning the electricity not working i have to contact with them to send someone to fix it every morning. And at night they wont open the light for the pool and outside area! And the breakfast was too simple there is no many options. The check out experience it was SO BAD and they was so rude. The villa was so nice and wonderful but i will not recommend to anyone and i will not come back to them there is too many petter options for the villas in Phuket.

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
