Villa Raya Resort Private Pool Villas
Compare prices
Tucked into the residential Naklua district north of central Pattaya, Villa Raya Resort offers standalone private pool villas designed for travellers who prefer seclusion over the standard hotel experience. Each villa comes with its own pool, making the resort a practical choice for families, couples, or small groups who want personal outdoor space without sharing facilities. The property operates around the clock, giving guests flexibility with arrival and departure times. Visitors consistently highlight the generous room sizes, welcoming presentation on arrival, and the friendly, attentive staff as standout qualities. A modest breakfast is included, described by guests as homely and satisfying rather than an elaborate buffet. The atmosphere leans relaxed and low-key, matching the quieter character of the Naklua neighbourhood. Some guests have noted minor maintenance issues and occasional inconsistencies with front desk service, so it is worth setting realistic expectations around property upkeep relative to the price point. Good to know: The Naklua location suits travellers seeking a retreat-style stay, but it sits at a walkable distance from local amenities including restaurants and convenience stores. Central Pattaya's nightlife and busier beaches require a short drive or taxi ride. Pattaya's most comfortable weather falls between November and February, making that the preferred window for a pool villa stay. Booking directly through the resort website is advisable for confirming room specifics and any available packages for longer stays.

Visitor Reviews
Really friendly, helpful and responsive staff. The breakfast is homely and tasty. The set-up of the room when we arrived was really welcoming. Some minor maintenance issues aside (it can be hard to keep the place looking new in a tropical climate), the room was kept incredibly clean and tidy. We very much enjoyed our time here and would recommend it. Thank you Villa Raya!
Beautiful place in the world. Lovely staff and the rooms are big, really big... The bed is firm yet comfortable and the pool is amazing to lounge around in. Your own little slice of heaven. Generally quiet and everything you could ever need within. Very small walking distance. Excellent location. Easy to get around
Good small hotel. Nice private villa with pool, small breakfast included. Friendly staff. We had a couple of minor issues with the room, and check-in, but they were all resolved satisfactorily.
