Really friendly, helpful and responsive staff. The breakfast is homely and tasty. The set-up of the room when we arrived was really welcoming. Some minor maintenance issues aside (it can be hard to keep the place looking new in a tropical climate), the room was kept incredibly clean and tidy. We very much enjoyed our time here and would recommend it. Thank you Villa Raya!
Good small hotel. Nice private villa with pool, small breakfast included. Friendly staff. We had a couple of minor issues with the room, and check-in, but they were all resolved satisfactorily.
The room is old, the air conditioner is loud, the bed is like sleeping in a hole, very old, I think it has never been changed, the service is very bad, there is no receptionist when checking in, you have to call to check in. The room is big, the cleanliness is okay, the breakfast is very ordinary.
