Compare prices
Set along the beachfront south of Pattaya in the Sattahip district of Chon Buri, Mason Pattaya is a contemporary resort hotel that combines ultra-modern architecture with a calm, Japandi-influenced aesthetic. The property offers a selection of private villas, including beachfront options with their own outdoor pools, making it a strong choice for travellers seeking seclusion and a high degree of privacy without sacrificing style. Guests consistently highlight the warmth and attentiveness of the staff as a defining part of the experience, alongside the quality of the on-site dining. The food receives particular praise, with the honey toast singled out as a standout. The resort's design has drawn comparisons to a cinematic retreat, blending dramatic visual flair with understated elegance. A spa is available on the property, and the resort offers a range of complimentary services that contribute to a well-rounded stay. Good to know: Mason Pattaya is located at 285 Moo 3 Sukhumvit Road in Tambon Na Chom Thian, roughly south of central Pattaya, so guests should plan for transport if they wish to explore the city. The property operates around the clock every day of the week. Given the popularity of the beachfront villas with private pools, booking well in advance is advisable, particularly during Thai public holidays and the peak cool-season months from November through February.

Visitor Reviews
Dear Mason, It has been an absolute joy staying at this beautiful hotel, which blends the atmosphere of a James Bond villain’s lair with elegant Japandi style. My wife and I, together with our little daughter, stayed here for two weeks, which was perfect for our vacation. Everything we needed was close by, and we truly felt at home in our villa, able to relax and simply be ourselves. The grounds are wrapped in tall hedges, almost like they’re protecting a secret. The pathways cut through lush greenery, and the place is alive with squirrels and songbirds. Not in a zoo-like way, more like you’ve stepped into a quieter world where nature still has a seat at the table. It gives the whole hotel a magical feeling. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Bella, Tar, Pla, PeiPei, Mint, Kevin, Mr. K, and Name you all made our stay extra special. Looking forward to coming back! Kind regards, Peter, Laura & Luna
Amazing Experience at MASON Pattaya Our stay at MASON was nothing short of spectacular. The ultra-modern design and private villas are breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We also loved the beach area—it’s a beautiful, serene spot to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The entire staff was amazing, pleasant, and always greeted us with a smile. They are consistently present and attentive, providing the final touch to a truly high-end experience. We are especially grateful to Jan, who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Her help made our trip feel truly seamless and special. Conclusion: I would highly recommend MASON to anyone visiting Pattaya, especially couples looking for a romantic and unforgettable getaway
We stayed at this magnificent property for 5 days. We had booked the beachfront villa with its own private pool. The villa was luxurious and private. The friendly staff provided an excellent service. The activities such as the yoga sessions were a treat. As we booked through luxury escapes the meal options were limited. Suggest that a monetary value be placed on the meal inclusions so that guest can deduct the value if they prefer to order from the restaurant menu.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
