Mai Thai Cuisine
Situated along Pattaya-Na Kluea Road, Mai Thai Cuisine draws diners with a menu that blends traditional Thai cooking with Western influences, set within a relaxed, traditionally styled dining room. The kitchen shows particular strength with seafood — visitors highlight dishes such as blue crab, tuna tataki, and sea bass as standout choices, with the salmon also earning consistent praise for its quality and presentation. Belgian beers and imported wines round out the drinks offering, making it a solid option for those looking to pair a full meal with something beyond the usual local options. The atmosphere leans toward unhurried and attentive, with multiple reviewers noting that service is thorough and staff are present without being intrusive. Pricing sits at a mid-range level, though some diners feel the overall experience justifies a slightly upscale spend given the quality of ingredients and plating. The broad menu covers enough ground to suit varied tastes, though those seeking a tightly focused, exclusively Thai experience may want to set expectations accordingly. Practically speaking, Mai Thai Cuisine opens at 15:30 daily and runs through to 23:00 across all seven days of the week, making it best suited for an early dinner rather than a lunch stop. Given the attentive service noted by regulars and the popularity of the venue, booking ahead for larger groups is a sensible precaution, particularly on weekends.

Visitor Reviews
I have eaten here twice so far. This is the best Salmon presentation and taste that I have ever had in my entire life. This is no joke....I love this restaurant. The service is impeccable. My nephew had another choice from the menu and he reports that this was the tastiest food he has ever had. My hat is off to you Mai Tai.....and congratulations on some ultra superior food and ambiance. Thank you Update; I have been back at least 3 times this last month and I am always super happy with the quality of the food....even the plating and general appearance is fantastic. Enjoyed a delicious Thai meal with excellent wine and, if desired, top-notch Belgian beers. Blue crab and tuna tataki were served as starters, followed by sea bass and patay. The sea bass was so tender and sublimely flavorful, and the patay was well-seasoned and deliciously warm. Sticky rice was served for dessert. The hospitality was warm, and you immediately felt welcome. Highly recommended. One of the best restaurants in Pattaya, a true gem. Excellent food paired with superb wine and a wide variety of Belgian beers.
Very nice place, waiters paid full attention to us , the food was very good, the pricing is very fair. We enjoyed our stay

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
