Visitor Reviews
My sister and I enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The whole place felt very relaxing, and it was the perfect spot for a stress-free getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to help and making us feel welcome. The waterpark was absolutely awesome - we had so much fun going down the slides and floating along the lazy river for hours. We also had a lovely experience at the breakfast buffet thanks to Deb, who took care of us. She was very friendly, always smiling, and made us feel genuinely welcome every morning. She was also really helpful, checking on us often, offering refills, and making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Little things like that made our mornings in the resort so much better and started our day on a positive note. Highly recommend the breakfast here and truly appreciate her warm and attentive service.
Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful. The room offered a cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedding and a breathtaking ocean view. With a spacious swimming pool, multiple water slides, and a nature-friendly environment, it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy quality time together. We especially loved our experience at the Zulu Family Club Lounge. The service there was outstanding. From breakfast and afternoon tea to happy hour, they provided fresh food, fruits, and drinks at every session. A special shout-out to the staff members—Arwi, Dors, and Donuts—who always greeted us with warm smiles, served excellent drinks, and ensured we had a peaceful dining experience. The kids' play area and the child-friendly food options were perfect. If we visit Pattaya again, we will definitely choose this resort and the Club Lounge option without hesitation!
The experience till now for us has been very good, the location is really beautiful and people are really welcoming. The setting and atmosphere is also very kid friendly and fun. One thing we found a tad bit lacking though, was the food variety for vegetarians or vegans. There no options in eggless bakery products and barely any dishes without pork or meat or egg. Everything else but that was very lovely. The staff, like Minny, Nat, Benz and Moei continue to facilitate us and attend to our every wish. Overall, it has been very pleasant and wonderful. Our stay has been very luxurious, the water park, as quoted by the kids is “ awesome” and the view from our room our also breathtaking.
