Re Connect Pai (Keys Resort)

Pleasant stay. Room was very well kept and clean. Floor was immaculately clean. Bathroom was spacious and well kept.Resort was lush with greens and was very tranquil. The riverfront and the trees around it was breathtaking. There was a huge swing in the heart of the resort that was so lovely to sit and enjoy the nature and quietness. the cats were mischievous and cute accompanying us all the way throughout the stay. Thank you !

I had an amazing time here! I wanted a quiet place to relax and work. It was a great stay. The staff is incredible, super attentive, and there's even a driver who takes you to and from the city. Beautiful nature. :)

I am profoundly dissatisfied with the environment, interior design, and service quality of this hotel. The specific issues are as follows: 1. The décor resembles that of a cemetery, creating an especially eerie and unsettling atmosphere at night. 2. The management is highly disorganized. I booked two rooms for one night, including breakfast for two adults, and was staying with one child. During check-in, I specifically confirmed with two front desk staff that the child’s breakfast would be complimentary, and the dining staff also confirmed this. However, during our stay, a staff member named Mo abruptly intervened, arguing persistently and demanding extra payment for the third person. She even insisted on reviewing the booking details to dispute the matter. If this was due to miscommunication among hotel staff, internal coordination should have been handled internally rather than questioning the guest. Ultimately, even though Mo stated that the third breakfast would be "on the house," we did not accept or consume it. 3. After breakfast, we returned to our room only to find a power outage, which prevented us from washing up. When we inquired, the same staff member named Mo claimed that the entire Pai area was experiencing a blackout. However, it later turned out to be an issue with the hotel’s own resource management. Overall, this hotel is thoroughly disappointing in every aspect. Furthermore, the room rates are significantly higher than market prices, offering absolutely no value for money!
