A nice and budget friendly hotel in Kanchanapuri. The room was very clean and spacious with all the amenities. I stayed in room number 209 for two days and the view from the balcony was awesome. The room rent was 600 Baht per day with a 200 Baht deposit. It is located very near the night market. The front office staff, housekeepers, and security guard were all very kind and friendly. There is a very spacious parking area. There are many restaurants and a 7/11 store around the hotel. Overall, an excellent stay.
The resort has great parking, the room is well laid out and good air conditioning and good shower but the bed is little firm. The owner is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Very good and secured parking. If you would like more information about touring in Thailand please follow my Facebook page Amazing Thailand touring ATT or my YouTube channel Mike FreeRider
Last year I ended up in this hotel and seemed fine for my, that's why I've just spent the weekend there. For my surprise nothing further from my memories. To begin with we had to make a transfer for the total amount to their account even though it was already accepted by booking and it claimed you could only pay by cash during the check in. Of course, they didn't want to know anything about the bank fees resulting from the transfer they make you do. That's supposed to be with the check in times (not after 6pm although they're there until late, all seemed excuses to don't pay back the fees. We could just pop in at the counter when we arrived with no reservation and rent a room, paying in cash with no fees, like we saw a couple do after our check in). Then the room wasn't at all at the previous conditions, it was dirty, with no toiletries (not even toilet roll) and there were plenty of ants. In the whole weekend they didn't even bother to supply clean towels or even a toilet paper, you have to ask for it. We saw a bunch of hair on the hall the afternoon we arrived, we're wondering if it's still there, it was when we left. The worst of all is to have left with half of our bodies with tens of bed bugs bites with all the inconvenience that it comes with it (itchy skin, spots, uses of special creams and antihistamines). To sum up, I'd avoid coming to this place at all costs.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
Location Matters More Than Stars
A well-located 3-star hotel often beats a remote 5-star resort. In Bangkok, staying near a BTS or MRT station saves hours; on islands, proximity to the beach you actually want matters most.
