Visitor Reviews
To all the staff especially Jedi , the comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast buffet and impeccable housekeeping services exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed with how smoothly our group tours were organized by Jedi and Anita. The team members ESPECIALLY JEDI was so friendly and so helpful. We give the hotel a 5 star rating and Jedi a 5 star rating. He went above and beyond for us. We were visiting from California to celebrate my husband’s 50 birthday. Once again, Jedi thank you for providing such a delightful stay. Jedi, you have a beautiful soul about you, wishing you all the best. Dan and Donna carnegie
I’ve traveled the world, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re gifted with welcome tea and towels. The rooms were clean and always had fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks for us. The room itself always smelled so good, like fresh jasmine! The staff was super kind and offered suggestions for things to do in the area. The breakfast buffet varied every day, but always delicious! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai. Thank you so much!
Perfect location in the middle of old town, could not be better. Nicely heated pool as well. The room we got was charming with a nice balcony. The personnel was very kind, special note to Monika who was very professionell and made things happen at the hotel. Her after-noon desserts by the pool were very delicious. I can warmly recommend Thai Akara Lanna Boutique hotel.
