Compare prices
Situated in the Chang Phueak area of Mueang Chiang Mai, this compact hotel offers a quieter alternative to staying directly in the Old City while remaining easily accessible by taxi or rideshare. Guests consistently highlight the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the beds and pillows, and a warm, attentive service culture. The surrounding neighbourhood has a local, residential character, giving visitors a sense of everyday Chiang Mai life rather than a purely tourist-facing environment, with cafes and a local coffee and Thai tea shop within easy walking distance. The property operates around the clock, accommodating flexible arrival and departure times. Practical touches noted by guests include complimentary drinking water stations on each floor alongside hot drink options, and a reliable hair dryer in rooms. Rooms are described as clean and thoughtfully decorated, making the hotel a solid choice for travellers who value tidiness and comfort without requiring resort-style facilities. As with most centrally accessible Chiang Mai accommodation, booking in advance is advisable during the peak cool season between November and February, when the city sees its highest visitor numbers and most comfortable temperatures for sightseeing. Service quality can vary depending on which staff member is on duty, so travellers with specific requests are best served by communicating these clearly at check-in.

So clean. Very good location and lovely service. Free drinking water as much as you need along with another hot drink at each floor station. Powerful hair dryer, I love it.
I stayed here for 1 day and the service is really good and the room that I stayed is very clean and decorated well.
Highly recommended!!! Super clean with very comfortable bed and pillows! Great and very hearty and helpful staffs!!! There's a good little local coffee/Thai tea shop right next door, too!!!! Good little local restaurants around with walking distance!!! Everything around is inexpensive and convenient! Will definitely come back for my next stay in Chiangmai!!!
