The room was standard but dust was found under the bed. The restaurant service was not impressive because the staff focused more on storing used dishes than on serving guests. The luggage service did not have staff who focused solely on opening and closing doors.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet overall a pleasant environment. However, for a 4-star hotel, it was surprising that no staff was available to help us with our luggage upon arrival. Additionally, we experienced an issue at check-in: when we entered our room, we found used bed sheets and towels from the previous guest still there. This was obviously unacceptable and we immediately reported it. On a positive note, breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options available.
