Phuket Tours, Day Trips & Excursions
Operating seven days a week from central Phuket, this tour and travel agency organises a wide range of day trips and excursions across the region, including island boat tours, scuba diving experiences at destinations like Racha Island, white-water rafting, and zipline adventures. The agency handles logistics from booking through to pick-up coordination, making it a practical option for travellers looking to explore beyond Phuket's beaches without arranging transport independently.
Visitors who have taken guided boat tours highlight the well-organised itineraries, comfortable vessels, and engaging guides who keep the group informed throughout the day. Lunch is typically included on longer tours, and guides are frequently noted for being friendly and knowledgeable. That said, some reviewers of the rafting and adventure packages have flagged that certain tours include upselling opportunities for additional paid activities, so it is worth clarifying exactly what is included in the tour price before booking.
For those considering water-based activities such as scuba diving, pre-trip communication and on-site organisation can vary, so confirming logistics directly with the agency ahead of time is advisable. The office is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00, and booking can also be arranged through their website, where tour options and pricing are listed. Reaching out in advance is recommended during peak travel seasons when popular excursions tend to fill quickly.

Reviews from Google
Fantastic organised tour, from start to finish we were kept informed of pick up times. Our guide and driver (I apologise as I have forgotten names) were lovely, friendly and informative. The day is long but so worth it. We did not do the ATV and elephant trek so had to wait for the rest of the group to do those but the area is beautiful so we were happy to sit and take in the scenery. We did bathe an elephant, who seemed to enjoy it 😁 The highlight of the day for us was the bamboo rafting, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it. We stopped so I could have a swim in the river. Ended the day at the turtle sanctuary, it was good to hear they are looked after and released back into the sea. All in all, it was a long but definitely recommended day.
Absolutely SUPERB with a really funny and entertaining guide (who was a great dancer too!). The tour was well organised with enough time in all locations. The boat was comfortable and lunch was yummy! Highly recommend this tour and supplier.
We booked the Phuket Rafting Tour with Zipline Adventure because of the large number of activities advertised. The price looked attractive, but in reality the tour feels designed to upsell extra activities on site. If you don’t take the add-ons, there are no alternatives — you simply spend a lot of time waiting. Rafting: only 5 km is included, with a longer route offered for an extra fee. While part of the group upgraded, the rest just waited. The photos on the website are misleading: we were not given paddles, only the guides were paddling. Instead of real rafting, it felt more like a water-park ride with rafts bumping into each other. Waterfall: the walk is about 200 meters, and the waterfall itself is very small (around 2 meters high). The photos online do not match reality. Zipline: extremely short and low. Around 50 meters long and not exciting even for children. Lunch: decent Thai-style food, not spicy. Vegetarian options are available. For vegans, the choice is very limited. Only tea and coffee are included; soft drinks cost extra. Elephant farm: this stop was not mentioned in the program. We did not plan or want to participate, so we had to wait again. ATV: clearly stated as not included, so we were prepared. Still, it meant more waiting. The ATVs looked old, the ride lasted only 15–20 minutes, and the extra cost was 500 THB. Cave temple: the only truly interesting stop. Unfortunately, we were given only about 20 minutes, so everything felt rushed. Organization: overall coordination was poor. We often didn’t know where to go and had to keep asking staff. At the very start, our vehicle arrived last and we were put straight into the rafts in our regular clothes, with no time to change or use the restroom. The description says to bring swimwear, but nowhere mentions that you must already be wearing it. Conclusion: with such a low price and so many activities, the quality was very disappointing. If your goal is just to get photos, this tour may work. If you want real experiences, it’s not worth it.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
