Five Star Thailand Phi Phi Island Tour
Based on Koh Phi Phi Don in Krabi, this tour agency runs day trips and island-hopping experiences across the Andaman Sea, with a particular focus on private longboat tours that allow for a more personalised pace. The surrounding waters are home to limestone karsts, hidden coves, and rich marine life — visitors on recent tours have spotted baby sharks, reef fish, and monkeys along the way, with multiple stops built in for snorkelling and photography. The company's private tour format stands out as a recurring highlight in visitor feedback. Guides lead small groups to the region's key coastal landmarks while helping guests capture photos and navigating conditions on the day. Tours run seven days a week, with standard hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays, giving travellers reasonable flexibility when planning around other activities. Good to know: Private longboat tours are worth booking in advance, particularly during peak season from November to February when demand is high and weather conditions are most reliable. Bring reef-safe sunscreen, a light layer for open-water stretches, and consider motion sickness tablets if sensitive to boat movement. Current pricing, available itineraries, and booking options are listed at fivestarthailandtours.com.

Reviews from Google
Boom was an excellent personal tour guide! Phi Phi Islands was a spectacular tour and we lucked out with perfect weather. Highly recommend a tour in general, but the private tour was really great. Five Star Thailand has fabulous reviews because they deliver really, really great service. Thank you Boom, drivers and boat crew members!
My husband and I booked this private longboat in advance so we could have a more personalized trip to phi phi And we had such a fun time with our tour guide, Boom! While the weather didn’t allow us to be able to do the plankton at the end, it was still a lot of fun to be able to see all the different beaches and more quiet and reserved locations versus the touristy spots. We got to see so many fish and snorkel, and had the most amazing time! Boom was great too because she took a ton of photos for us, even candid ones, that we appreciate! A very unforgettable experience!!
We had an amazing experience with Five Star Thailand! Boom, our tour guide, was so lovely and welcoming. She was great to talk to and really helped us capture some beautiful photos. The scenery was incredible and the water so clear! We would highly recommend this company for boat tours.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
