The 100-meter tunnel is the reason to come, and honestly it's most of what you're paying for.

Why go, and how to do it well
Come for the tunnel and treat everything else as a bonus. It runs 100 meters in three sections, with sharks and rays gliding over your head and sometimes drifting close enough to feel like they're looking back. Kids love it. Parents get a cool, dry hour out of the Pattaya heat. Feeding shows and the interactive zones fill out the visit.
Be realistic about the rest. Reviewers keep flagging sections closed for construction, tanks without live coral or plants, and a reptile area at the exit that underwhelms. At around 550 baht for an adult, a few people feel short-changed when half the place is boarded up. Read every board and you'll stretch it to 45 minutes or an hour. Skim it and you'll be out much faster. Booking online usually brings the price down, which softens the blow.
Go early. It's the single piece of advice that comes up most, and the tunnel is far better without a crowd shuffling through it.

Reviews from Google
A fun and memorable aquarium experience in Pattaya! The 100 m underwater tunnel with sharks, rays, and colorful fish makes you feel like you’re walking under the sea. The feeding shows and interactive zones are especially great for kids and families. If you book tickets online, you can get it cheaper too. Perfect for a relaxed indoor activity, worth visiting in Pattaya.
The three main aquariums were pretty cool and it is fun to see the fish overhead when you go through the tunnel. There were a lot of portions under construction and the aquariums didnt have any live coral or plants, which was disappointing. However, there were some large fish that look like they had been there for a long time while there was a couple jellyfish tanks that looked like they were all dead. If you read the board and look at everything, it will take 45 minutes to an hour. Although I liked it, I was also disappointed at the disrepair, lack of live coral and vegetation, and the amount of renovations.
Border line rude lady at ticket counter to redeem the tickets bought from s third party in advance. I gave her the qr code as they have posted on several signs. She said she needed the voucher. I shoved it to her. She said she needed the voucher in the email. I slowly opened the email and opened the attached PDF file with the voucher. She still wasn't satisfied. Finally her work mate overheard where I bought the tickets and told the first lady (company clearly visible in the mail and the voucher). They now found the correct papers but it still took 3-5 more minutes for the rude lady to match my name (clearly on the voucher) with the name on her document. Not many people there so no stress, just a rude behavior. I paid 279 baht per person (not Thai) and I didn't feel it was worth it but the other person thought it maybe could be worth it. If we had paid the ordinarie ticket price of 550 baht per person both of us would have felt "scammed". Several things is closed and if you walk slowly it takes 30 minutes. Signs posted (inside) that there also is no feeding shows on Tuesdays. I would avoid the place and NEVER EVER PAY 550 baht!!!!
