BEST IN Thailand so far! The rental process is very straightforward and quick. Boss is friendly and easy to communicate with. You only need to pay a deposit and choose your vehicle, and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes. Returning the car is also very convenient—just a quick check for any damage, and you're good to go. It's clear that the owner takes great care of the cars. They've installed protective bumpers (which is rare for rental services) and the vehicles are always kept spotless, so the condition of the cars is excellent. I'll definitely come back here when I visit Kanchanaburi again!

The car was clean, ran smoothly and was efficient on fuel. I contacted Rin's when we arrived to our hotel, and they came to collect the car without an problem. Deposit was returned in full. Very helpful and absolutely made our late arrival at Kanchanburi much less worrisome! Car was clean and in good condition considering all the mileage it has. I was forgetful and did not leave enough time to top up the fuel tank before returning the car, but they kindly offered to help so we can catch the bus back to Bangkok. :) Really pleasant experience with them, would recommend!!
