JADAR Massage
Situated on Maenamkwai Road in the heart of Kanchanaburi, JADAR Massage is a well-regarded spa offering traditional Thai massage and aromatherapy oil treatments in a clean, relaxed setting. The establishment draws consistent praise for its therapists, with repeat visitors singling out individual staff members by name — a strong indicator of the personalised, attentive care on offer. The owner and team are noted for being genuinely welcoming, listening carefully to guests' needs, and communicating comfortably in English, which makes it particularly accessible for international travellers. Visitors can expect professional, skilled massage work ranging from targeted leg treatments ideal for weary sightseers to full aromatherapy oil sessions. One guest reported drifting off during their treatment — a testament to the relaxed atmosphere the therapists create. Pricing is affordable even by local standards, with one reviewer noting a one-hour leg massage for 200 baht, making it easy to return multiple times during a stay. Good to know: JADAR Massage opens at 9:00 AM and operates until midnight every day of the week, giving travellers significant flexibility when fitting a session around their itinerary. There is no booking website listed, so it is advisable to stop in person to arrange an appointment or check availability. The location on Maenamkwai Road places it within easy reach of Kanchanaburi's main guesthouses and riverside area, making it a natural stop after a day spent at the town's historical sites.

Visitor Reviews
10 star aromatherapy oil massage by Si. Shop is clean, owner and staff are very welcoming and listen to your needs, in a professional manner. I felt so relaxed that I had a micro sleep during my massage. Private room upstairs has a 5 star ambience, aircon, soft Thai massage music, lighting, massage table and face hole very comfortable, total relaxation. Beautiful hot tea afterwards. Highly recommended.
We love this place. Came back five days in a row for massages with Irene and Sa who were so professional, intuitive, caring and skilful. Da the owner is an absolute gem, and meeting a couple of the other women who worked there was an absolute pleasure - fun, respectful and thoroughly good girls. Thank you, Da. Thank you Irene and Sa xx
We felt very comfortable and they had a very kind service. We did chat a while after massage. Moreover they speak english well 🙏

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
