This property don't have, and will not have, straight way to the sea. To get to the sea you need to go through the bushes by the thin trail, then get over railway station and train road, after - to meet with lovely angry dogs 🐕 family. Be sure to take something tasty for this guys. Also, I didn't find any wardrobe in 1 b apartment's plan. And only 2 little wardrobes for 2b! What else they forgotten in their luxurious plans? :) In fact, you can't get anywhere from this location without vehicle. Even to get to 7 eleven you should overcome 6 lines road. This property is between big noisy road, aquapark with screaming people, railway and bushes.

Be warned next door the water park has hip hop and rock concerts every few weeks, hope you like loud music, very narrow soi for access and have to drive over 112 and u turn to get to the beach.
