VEHHA Hua Hin
VEHHA Hua Hin is a recently completed residential and serviced property situated along Soi Hua Hin 106, next to the Holiday Inn in the Nong Kae area. The building, finished in 2025, positions itself as a modern retreat with spacious facilities including a gym, dedicated work areas, and swimming pools — making it a practical base for those combining leisure with remote work. The standout feature is a panoramic 180-degree sea view, though visitors should note the beach itself is approximately a 15-minute walk away and requires navigating a path across railway tracks to reach the shoreline. Guests can expect contemporary interiors in a relatively peaceful setting, with staff noted for their attentiveness. The complex is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for inquiries and tours. However, several practical considerations are worth factoring in before committing: the access road is narrow, requiring a U-turn via Route 112 to reach the beach, and a neighbouring water park periodically hosts loud outdoor concerts. The swimming pools have also drawn mixed feedback regarding maintenance. Prospective visitors or guests are advised to check the website at vehha-huahin.com for current availability and pricing, and to enquire about any upcoming events at the adjacent venue if noise sensitivity is a concern. This property suits those prioritising modern facilities and sea views over direct beach access.

Visitor Reviews
VEHHA Residences is located next to the Holiday Inn, offering a perfect stay with all modern comforts. Completed in 2025, the building is brand new and set in a peaceful environment, while still benefiting from IHG hotel services. The residence is tastefully decorated and features five jacuzzis on the rooftop, along with multiple shared working and cooking stations for guests to enjoy. A shared taxi service brings you directly to the Holiday Inn hotel ( for just THB 30,00 ) from where you can access VEHHA Residences using your keycard at the gate. By crossing the train tracks at Nong Kae Station, you can reach the beach, Cicada Market, and Tamarind Market in less than 10 minutes. Enjoy additional amenities such as the outdoor cinema, the TechnoGym fitness area, and a dedicated kids’ room—everything you need to make your stay truly memorable.
Everything is good, I like everything. Some mistakes are quickly fixed. But the room layout is a bit strange, and the location of the main bedroom is a bit of a burden. The staff is very kind. And the game room is one of the best I've ever seen. I really like the third floor with chill-work area, and the gym with its new equipment. I love cycling, and the bicycles are very comfortable, with baskets for my belongings. Like for the condo
This property don't have, and will not have, straight way to the sea. To get to the sea you need to go through the bushes by the thin trail, then get over railway station and train road, after - to meet with lovely angry dogs 🐕 family. Be sure to take something tasty for this guys. Also, I didn't find any wardrobe in 1 b apartment's plan. And only 2 little wardrobes for 2b! What else they forgotten in their luxurious plans? :) In fact, you can't get anywhere from this location without vehicle. Even to get to 7 eleven you should overcome 6 lines road. This property is between big noisy road, aquapark with screaming people, railway and bushes.

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
