Prima Wellness & Spa
Tucked along Muen-Ngern Road in Patong, Prima Wellness & Spa operates as part of the Crest Phuket experience, offering a calm retreat from the energy of one of Phuket's busiest tourist districts. The spa draws consistent praise for its skilled therapists — including named staff such as Fiew, Muy, Nack, and others — who are repeatedly highlighted in visitor feedback for their professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to tailor pressure and technique to individual needs. Services include full body massages, facials, and couples massages, delivered in an atmosphere described by visitors as calming and comfortable. What sets Prima apart is the personal quality of care on offer. Therapists take time to understand guest preferences, adjusting treatment intensity as needed, and the front-of-house team is noted for its warmth and helpfulness — including arranging transport for guests after their appointments. This combination of attentive service and skilled hands-on treatment makes it a strong choice for travellers seeking genuine relaxation rather than a transactional spa experience. On a practical note, the spa is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, which makes it easy to slot into a full itinerary. Advance booking is advisable during Phuket's peak tourist season, running roughly from November through February, when availability fills quickly. Prospective visitors should check the official website at crestphuket.com for current treatment menus and pricing before arrival.

Visitor Reviews
The reception is great and friendly. The responsible worker's name is (nuch) and also (joommy) is very nice and she ordered a car service for me. The massage was more than wonderful. My body recovered immediately from the pain I felt after the travel activities. The massage was given to me by a worker named (Fern). Her massage was excellent. May her hands be safe. Thanks to the staff. It was more than wonderful. I am very happy with the service.
This is the most relaxed I have ever felt. I had a 90 minute full body massage and facial with Nack. She was so calming, caring and her treatments were extremely relaxing. The pressure for the massage was perfect and the room and the ambience was beautiful too. Thank you Nack so much! The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful including the lovely tea before and after. I cannot wait to visit this spa again. 10/10 🙏🏼
Our couples massage with Fiew and Muy was absolutely wonderful. They were professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable the entire experience. The massage was deeply relaxing and exactly what we were hoping for. We left feeling refreshed, calm, and so grateful for such an amazing experience.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
