Moom Aroi Na Kluea
Sitting beside the water in Pattaya's Na Kluea neighbourhood, this well-regarded seafood restaurant has built a strong reputation among both locals and visiting diners for its commitment to fresh ingredients and boldly seasoned Thai cooking. The kitchen turns out whole fried fish, generously sized prawns, crab fried rice, and nam prik served with crisp fresh vegetables — dishes that reviewers consistently describe as satisfying, well-prepared, and authentically flavoured. The waterfront position adds real character to a meal, with views that are best appreciated at lunch or early evening. The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious, in keeping with a neighbourhood seafood spot rather than a tourist-facing establishment. Portions are substantial and the menu lends itself to sharing multiple dishes across the table in the Thai style. Mid-range pricing means a modest premium for the setting and quality, though returning visitors tend to consider the value worthwhile. Good to know: The restaurant opens daily from 10:30 AM through to 11:00 PM, offering flexibility across lunch, dinner, and later evening meals. The waterside setting is most enjoyable in daylight or around dusk, so arriving for an early dinner makes the most of the location. The address on Soi Na Kluea 4 is straightforward to reach by taxi or ride-share app — sharing the full street address with a driver in advance helps avoid any confusion in this busy part of Pattaya.

Visitor Reviews
If you’re looking for a genuine change of scenery and an unforgettable meal right on the water, look no further than Moom Aroi Na Kluea. Yes, you are going to pay a bit of a premium here, but let me tell you, for the absolute freshest seafood and this spectacular beachside/ocean view, it is 100% worth it. Honestly, it's worth the 1 to 2 hour drive down from Bangkok just for the experience alone. The setup is massive, with hundreds of tables stretching right out in front of the ocean. But here is the ultimate pro tip: book early if you want the best seat in the house right on the water's edge to catch that evening ocean breeze and sunset. As for the food? You absolutely cannot leave without trying the Salted Egg Prawns (the squid is phenomenal, too). The rich, golden salted egg sauce coating those massive, fresh prawns or squid is out of this world. We paired with curry egg crab, it's a flawless spread and yes Bernie's favourite salmon sashimi. You simply cannot get any better than this for dining in Na Kluea. Top-tier food, top-tier views. Highly recommended!
Moom Aroi Na Kluea is the best seafood place I found on my trip. The fried fish is so juicy and tasty. The prawns are huge, super fresh, and sweet—like they came straight from the sea. I also tried the spicy shrimp soup, and wow, full of flavor but not too hot. Every dish is simple but really good. The restaurant is right by the beach with a chill vibe. You can sit outside, feel the breeze, watch the sunset, and relax. They have many kinds of cold beer and some nice wines too. Perfect for a fun night with friends or family. The staff are friendly and fast. Prices are quite high for such quality food. I went twice and will come back next time I’m here. If you love seafood, you have to try this place
Moom Aroi is a seafood restaurant that never disappoints. The seafood is very fresh, and the flavors are bold and authentically Thai. Every dish is well seasoned and satisfying, especially the fish and prawn dishes — the meat is sweet, fresh, and delicious on its own. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, making it a great place to dine with family or friends. Overall, it’s a tasty, worthwhile, and impressive seafood experience.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
