Why go, and how to do it well
Alcazar Cabaret is Pattaya's other big ladyboy cabaret, a large theatre on Pattaya 2nd Road between North and Central Pattaya. The show is a fast revue of costume numbers, lip-synced songs from around the world and comedy, performed by a large transgender cast.
There are four shows a night, at 17:00, 18:30, 20:00 and 21:30, which makes it the easiest to fit around dinner. Alcazar's own website sells only its VVIP seats, ฿1,800 for one of 24 seats at the front, so regular seats are bought at the box office, through hotel desks or on booking sites.
The theatre is a short baht-bus or Bolt ride from Beach Road, and the 17:00 show leaves the whole evening free afterward.
