This is not a soothing, scented, drift-off-to-sleep massage. The women here work deep, with real knowledge of how a body is put together, and regulars describe sessions closer to sports therapy than the standard sabai-sabai hour you'll find elsewhere in Pai. If you've got hip trouble, a chronic shoulder, or legs wrecked from running, swimming or Muay Thai, this is where I'd send you. If you want gentle, go somewhere else and don't say you weren't warned.
There are five therapists and they don't all do the same thing, which is why long-term visitors talk about them by name and stick with one or two once they've found their match. Phan, Yan and P'Jan all get singled out. Worth trying a couple and seeing whose hands suit you. The place itself is small, clean and unfussy, with a dog parked out front and tea, water and fruit afterwards. Prices are fair for the standard of work.

Wow! Talk about realignment! The focus, precision, strength, knowledge of the body, the trust. These women understand the body extremely well. I have hip and lower back issues and I always pray for someone to really get in there. Finally I found an angel. Warning they are strong and I mean STRONG the sessions are like sports therapy massages. If you’re looking to fix injuries then you’ve found your place. I had a 2 hours massage with Phan and my husband had a different therapist. We were both so surprised and delighted. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do. And they enjoy the hunt of finding the spots and satisfaction of releasing them. True body whispers. I’ve been to many, many, MANY massages over my life and I say that they are well worth the visit. I've received hundreds of massages from Yan. She is the best massage therapist that I have ever had, she is a master. I run swim and do muaythai and all of the massages have helped me recover and improved my mobility and flexibility. I've tried many other massage therapists in Pai and Yan is better than all of them by a long shot! Trust me I wouldn't steer you wrong!
Had two brilliant massages here with my girlfriend. The staff is kind and there's a cute dog in front of the place. Price is good and you even get a banana and some water after the massage. Thank you very much! Much recommended.
