Pai Natural Hot Spring & Well-being Center

4.5(95 reviews)

Quiet is the selling point here. While Pai's better-known hot springs pull crowds, people turn up at this one and find two or three others in the water. That alone is worth the 150 baht, and the entry fee also gets you a towel and a bottle of water at the door.

Three pools, three temperatures. One is genuinely hot, straight off the natural spring. One sits at a middling warm that you can sink into for as long as you like. The third is cool, and the trick is to save it for after the hot pool rather than starting there. Gardens and flowers around the edges do the rest of the work. The changing rooms and showers get consistent praise, and the lockers are free with a key handed over. It's a simple set-up, well kept, and there's nothing to skip.

Come mid-week and early in the opening hours if you want it to yourself. Bring a swimsuit, since only the towel is provided.

Great natural hot springs to visit in Pai! Only 150 baht entry and you get a towel + water. Changing rooms available with showers. Lockers also free as they give you a key! 3 hot spring areas, one is boiling so the natural hot spring section. The next is cold, best to come after the hot spring. Then a mid temp one which is great to chill in! The place itself is really tranquil and you can relax here with no issues. We went and only 2 other people. 10/10 visit and so cheap compared to other places!

A very tranquil and peaceful place - worth every bit of the 150 baht entry. Towel and water provided with showers available and 3 different pools to choose from - all different temperatures. We were 2 of 4 people there - so it really is a quiet and secret spot in the area compared to other hot springs available. Very clean too! Highly recommend

Really nice place & only 150B. 3 different pools, all with different temperatures to dip between. Towel and water given too & showers were amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas

Learn Wat Pho First

Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.

Communicate Pressure Preferences

Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.

Book Longer Sessions

A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
