The Nest Pai Love
Nestled in the Mae Hi area of Pai, The Nest Pai Love is a small resort and wellness space that has earned a devoted following for its warmly personal approach to healing and community. Run by a couple named Kayleigh and Shawn, the property is praised by visitors for its inclusive, open-hearted atmosphere — less like a commercial retreat and more like a home that genuinely welcomes people in need of rest and restoration. The wellness offering here goes beyond standard spa treatments. Visitors can participate in yoga sessions, including somatic yoga and the notably popular trapeze yoga class led by Kayleigh, who is described by guests as an empowering and approachable instructor. The grounds themselves are consistently described as beautiful, and the overall environment is one of calm and genuine care. Visitors have come seeking everything from casual yoga drop-ins to deeper personal transformation, and many report leaving with more than they expected. For practical planning, it is worth following The Nest Pai Love on Instagram or checking their website at thenestpailove.com before visiting, as classes and sessions are sometimes promoted through social media and schedules can vary. Confirming class times directly before arrival is recommended, as some visitors have found timings to differ from what was posted online. Given the intimate scale of the resort, booking ahead is advisable, particularly during Pai's busy cool-season months from November through February.

Visitor Reviews
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 out of 5 stars – a true paradise from the heart The Nest Pai Love is so much more than a resort – it truly feels like home. Kayleigh and Shawn radiate an incredibly positive, open, and inclusive energy. Their constant good mood, laughter, and genuine care for their guests make you feel like you’re staying with very good friends from the very first moment. Kayleigh’s yoga classes are professional, heartfelt, and filled with humor and deep empathy – a beautiful balance of presence, joy, and connection. Her love for dogs is especially touching: during my stay, there were nine puppies living at the resort for several months, creating a uniquely loving, warm, and inclusive atmosphere. The resort is located about 12 minutes by scooter outside of Pai, right by the Pai River, surrounded by a stunning, park-like, and extremely well-maintained landscape. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave – you just want to lie in a hammock, relax, enjoy the peace, and cuddle puppies. I was lucky enough to spend almost three months in this paradise and enjoyed every single day. Highly recommended – 10 out of 5 stars! 🌿🐶💛
My review-I was recommended to this place by my sister, as she could see that I have been on the edge for a long time, just existing. I came here with the intention of doing somatic yoga, however after a lengthy chat with Kayleigh, she put together a healing package for me for my time here. This included breath work, healing and womb healing. I have had healing before, this, this is on another level, very powerful, very deep, very real. My healing was for childhood trauma, not dealing with my grief of loosing my mum 20 years ago, past hurtful relationships. I was carrying all this around with me everyday and therefore just existing. The landscape here is breathtaking with the river, the mountains, the wildlife. When you arrive, it will instantly sooth your soul. I spent 11 magical, wonderful days here, the food, the smoothies, the doggies, playing in the river like a kid again and being connected to myself again. If you just want to holiday here, that's cool, however take it from me, take the dive into your healing journey it will be tough, but so so worth it. You will not regret it. With love Lynda Milne. Myself and my friends came to do the trapeze yoga class with Kayleigh, what an experience! Kayleigh is an amazing instructor who doesn’t take herself too seriously, and really empowers this attitude into the class. It helped us have way more fun and enjoy the class so much more. The view you get to experience while partaking is like no other, and it’s so peaceful and quiet - the only thing you could hear was how much of a good time we were having! And the smoothie we were treated to at the end was a lovely touch. Kayleigh and her partner have such a brilliant story on how they came to build such a haven, and it was such a pleasure to be a part of it. Thank you so much!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
